It is just right. Not too big not too small. And no stairs !! Beautiful Home, I love the Yard ! When Houses were built Solid. I love the Retro bathroom, I would keep it that way.

This Texas girl lived in Greeley 2.5 years thru Jan 2024 ( I'm im 73), i can honestly say that having a garage & carport to protect my car from snow, ice, hail was AWESOME. I foolishly thought "living in CO isnt so bad! I was spoiled !!! I spent Feb/March in a hotel in Denver, and scraping snow & ice off my car was brutal! PLEASE dont use the garage for anything else!.. what a gorgeous home ❤ great video

I cry for you, but here in northern Wisconsin we scrape snow and ice for 5 months straight.

It's wonderful. That garage close to the house would make a great master bed/bath retreat. Shouldn't be too hard to build a long hallway connecting them. Can you imagine having it lined with bookshelves and windowseats the entire way? I collect books the way Mark collects cars....lol.

Beautiful, I love it! Many years ago I rented a studio apartment with a Murphy bed. It was fine. You can leave your sheets, blankets and pillow on the bed when you fold it up.

The style of the house is Santa Fe. It is very common in New Mexico and Arizona...and rather rare anywhere else. It was probably someone's custom home who either was from the area and loved that style. Or, was from New Mexico and was used to that style.. The style is designed for hot dry climates, and doesn't do well in wet or cold climates. So it has been well taken care of considering its location....

With no upstairs, this would make a nice retirement house. I usually like a more unified theme, but the previous owner must've had the soul of an artist because the eclectic styles all worked together. Did you say $850k? For a relatively small home that seems a bit high, unless the neighborhood is top top.

I’ve been trying to manifest while looking and looking to find a floorplan like this for my now disabled mate, and myself. Perfect home for very old retired people, but I wanted here in Maine please. I’ll run down the street and have it built for me what a great house I love it, two bathrooms two bedrooms the kitchen in the middle all kinds of light and flat flat flat. Beautiful not too big really just the right size.
