That pantry would make an incredible panic room as well. Just need to add some sturdy locks to the inside of the door. The little bonus storage room in the basement, lined with cinderblocks is an excellent tornado shelter. Put up some shelves for food and games, a couple of cots and chairs and youre set!
I love the island's "pet island ", as you said 😂 What a great idea! Cut and prep everything, throw it in the pan, and then scrape your waste right into the trash. Brilliant!
Wow !! Tim, you did it !!!!! That kitchen just keeps on giving. That island is a first for me, bottom corner cabinet with movable metal shelves, pantry, tile, pull outs, tons of storage. Fireplace is beautiful, I love the slots on either sides for wood. Stone work all the way to the ceiling. Laundry, mud room is gorgeous. This house is large and in charge, plenty of storage throughout, this is one spectacular home. Tfs
Beautiful home beautiful design and that kitchen is something else, I would eliminate the window in the pantry, for more shelving space, that fireplace is special fan of the real ones.
That powder room is bigger than my master bathroom. 😂 I think the small round table would be the game table. You kinda need a round table for serious card playing. I loved most of the house. Disappointed they didn’t finish more of the basement for a model home. Gym. Playroom. Craft room. Something.
I absolutely really love the layout of this place! I really love the fireplace, the kitchen...OMG. I absolutely love it! I also love the open shelves. I have so many ideas of what I would do!❤❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Happy 4th of July to you & your family & stay safe as well!
I love this home beautyfull kitchen beauty full living room with that gorgeous fireplace amazing ding space and a amazing office I love the downstairs with that beautyfull kitchen and games And i love the upstairs where al the second dary bedrooms are i realy love the primary thank you so much for sharing this video Take care and God bless Best regards Anja
i really liked this house. good layout and floorplan. basement is quite large and not sure what you would do with it all, id scrap what they did to start with. tiny layout for a party area and theater. upstairs was cool.
Powder Room with a large window next to the front door-My grandparents had one like that. It probably wasn't usually a problem, but when the whole family was there for Christmas, there always seemed to be someone walking past it just as you dropped your drawers.
I love every thing about this model, it's high-end beautiful. Nice to see something old world and unique. Definitely not the standard. Love the fireplace. Hey Tim, I was born and raised in Ohio. The city is pronounced Me- din ( diner) - a (apart). 😊❤ It's always fun learning about a new area. You do an exceptional job. 👍
Yep that house hits all the spots for me also. That pantry made me say damn I need it 😅. My daughter loves your website for house plans she creates on her game. ❤
I woul make some of the storage space in the basement a bed room with full bath and use some of the other part for a pool table. Also the walls you tried to open I would use as a freezer on one side and the other side as a cooler. Maybe push bar area to out side wall and Inclose the mechanical devices. Lot of space that could be used better in the basement
Thanks for showing us this gorgeous home, saved to my playlist for the fun of it ❣️. All I would need is an elevator and I would not change anything except for the master bathroom floor tile, would have loved the laundry floor tile in there instead.
That home is perfection that is my dream home I want the lottery this is the home I'm going to build and I'm going to grow old in The only thing I would need to do is see about putting an elevator in to get from the basement up to the top floor that's the only thing I would add and that second storage in the basement I would turn that into a guest bedroom with a full bath Oh that's gorgeous
Any idea where I can find that under the kitchen cabinet multifunctional organization contraption @ 7:55??? That thing was like a transformer...AND AMAZING!😂
Never thought I'd see Medina show up on this channel. Grew up there and still live nesr for another few years. All of the Old World homes I've seen, likely in ghe same area as this one, look amazing. Nice to see the inside matches the outside! And because I always chuckle a little, it's Muh-die-nah. I blame Tone Loc for Muh-dee-nah lol (Pretty sure these is also a Medina in... Europe? That's pronounced dee-nah, so mote likely Ohio mispronounced it a long time ago lol)
IMHO, that butcherblock pullout is in the wrong spot. It should be next to the stove and those pot drawers that are next to the stove should be in the island. Just my opinion.
Maybe I’m OCD, but why wouldn’t the builder squirt a little WD40 on those front door hinges? That squeaky door is a bad first impression to an otherwise wonderful home.
