I would expect a house this size to have an entertainment area on the back porch. Kitchen, sitting area, fireplace etc

Gorgeous home!!! I would extend the living portion of the basement making another bedroom and bathroom down there, if possible adding another bedroom and also a fridge in the common area.

This home is lovely as well, it has things the last one did not have. The kitchen ceiling is gorgeous, massive island, butlers pantry, fido has a pot filler, laundry room is beautiful, along with mud room. That powder room with the wall paper was cute. I would finish the basement, add bedrooms & bathrooms. With a rec room, theater, and dedicated storage area. But the kitchen in the last home was my favorite. Tfs.

Lovely home. Only thing I'd change is the layout of the Jack/Jill & knock out the wall to the butler kitchen to have just one giant kitchen. That's where my family congregates mostly

I realy love this home timothy Livingston this is my favrite love the. Kitchen its a amazing kitchen i love the Butler pantry behind that island is amazing i love the size of the island this is my favrite kitchen i would do French doors on both site where you go to the butlers pantry I love the living room the fireplace i love it and i love the windows I love the selings in the kitchen i love the woud and i love the pramery bedand bath room i love the bones room or interrainment room i love the backyard i love everything about this home iam sold thank you so much for showing us this amazing home Take care and God bless Best regards Anja

The layout seemed a little strange to me, but at the same time there is something new in it. Very good sized bedrooms, bathrooms and finally a more modern kitchen. Great terraces. I'm not interested in the basement, I don't like basements.

parts of this house was cool, other parts not so much. past few houses that were pretty big I find it odd they dont have dual ovens. I think almost anymore if you have a decent larger new house dual ovens would be standard. they do come in handy at holiday times cooking dif things. I like master bath shower, id just get rid of the window. have solid room all tiled for privacy and no glass to clean. all the fancy new showers are awesome looking when clean but after one shower its all spotted. who would want to clean those all the time. not me.

I always hate when they do jack & jill that way. They should have a sink & toilet, shared tub & shower. If your sibling or a guest is in the shower, u still have to wait or go to a different bathroom for tge toilet. Has anyone ever beat on a bathroom door for an emergency mirror or bath? No! I can see sharing the tub but it's the toilet that has people rushing you

I don’t really like this home. Strange layout and I didn’t like the kitchen. I like to have upper cabinets near the dishwasher to make it easy to put away clean dishes. It only had two small cabinets.
