yeah I probably wouldn't have done so many coats of the clear coat, but I had to because I made the mistake of not painting on the details before I put on the first coat
thanks! just experiment and play around with customizing. start out spray painting a car without stripping the paint then move up from there when you're comfortable with that stage. it's really a journey of finding out what you like to do and what works for you! remember to have fun, cause that's what it's about!
Thanks makes sense to start painting them 1st and what do you use to strip the paint and also what kind of paint is recommended and also for diecast that don't have rear tampos and yea having fun is a must for sure
@@JDR1Diecast believe it or not I use vinegar to strip the paint! its great because it's cheap and more natural. just throw the body in vinegar and in 2-3 days the paint will bubble up. really any spray paint will do, but I recommend using primer in the body and letting that dry before spray painting the body with color.
Thanks for those tips and yea I would like to try it out and also adding tampos to the diecast that don't have any and doing wheel swaps too is that hard to do?
