Bob, Another great review! You are one of the only knife reviewers who addresses the true uses a particular piece is designed for. I’ve been carrying my anomaly, not cord wrapped, front left of belt with the Bastinelli Spade in the right front pocket. Bastien makes phenomenal pieces that are discrete and comfortable to carry. Hope you are well.
Thank you Stu, I hope you and yours are well too! I agree about Bastinellis, they are discrete, (seemingly) effective and plain old beautiful to look at and hold.
Nice blade that I'm considering getting the stock version of and wrapping myself. Let's not forget that this blade is also perfect for straight out jabbing, pakal style, along with the ripping motion. Great size, as well, for all martial blade and FMA techniques. Thanks for the overview and close-up, Bob! 👍⚔
Not sure how i missed this one. I’ve been looking for one in either a double edge or custom. But all I can find are the standard models. I may have to get it then have it wrapped. Awesome video brother!🍻
Jason Daniel Stone the Jambaya is a wicked knife. I have an old one from Oman that stays on my wall. I never thought to world it in reverse grip but that makes sense. Thanks for the info!
Just an update for anyone curious. I contacted Bastien Coves regarding a wrap for an Anomaly and it is NOT available in a cord wrap. Nor does he seem to offer it so if you are wanting to have it wrapped you will need to inquire with a third-party.
Just a Gimmick Like Most Bastinelli stuff. Even for a Pical this Blade Geometrie is crep As long Not Double edged its totaly USELESSSSSSS Everybody who talks however positive about this gimmick has totaly no clue about knives or got money from Bastinelli.
