The black/shiney balance on the engine detailing is delicious, the frame, rake, wheelbase, tube diameters, stance, rims, tyre width, profile sizes are so perfect, so is the seat and the exhaust, the whole bike looks so so right because its being done right. That little blemish Will polish out! A little BRASSO LIQUID and a soft cloth and 5 minutes gentle pressure will do it, I polish screens and visors all the time, saves quids and face! Cheers, DINO.

CRAIG, I have seen people using a longer bolt to pull the clutch in then change it for the correct one when the other two are in! also could you use an old clutch plate to make a holding tool for loosening or tightening the rotor nut etc? just a thought instead of binning them? Cheers the Enfield looks like a show winner to me!!

Put the cover on as is. It makes it unique! Gives it character.

Finned Cooling Rings were the essential first upgrade back in 1964 and I still think they make the exhaust to cylinder head joint look finished. On a sportsbike some also fitted wide coil chrome spings over the header. It's looking realy nice. Primary cover paint damage must be gutting for you, a real heart through the floor feeling.

A trick I watched someone do on you tube, for a light scuff in fresh powder coat he heated up the powder with a heat gun then buffed it with a clean micro fibre cloth while warm. I will find the link if I can.
