To me it's ugly. I certainly don't want to pay extra for a piece of furniture that you pound on with a stick. There are plenty of great drums with basic finishes that cost way less. And NO ONE can prove that a good three-hundred-dollar snare drum doesn't sound as good as a three-thousand-dollar one. But if you think it's worth it, and have the money to waste, then by all means buy into this B.S. and show it off.

I had one in my sights and it got away ... maybe something like this with a purple finish would be 🔥 too
