This Custom Builds video features a restored 2012 Fuji Feather. Quoting Fuji, the Feather combines track geometry with the comfort and styling of a steel frame to create a go-to urban riding machine. This became our guide for giving new life to this fixed gear. We chose to use black components over silver ones to evoke that modern-classic aesthetic. The use of a pista drop bar is offset by a comfortable Velo saddle, light gearing offered by the 46t The Project Neo cranks and 17-tooth cog, as well as a Dia Compe brake set in front. Tying the build together are the yellow Passé bar tapes and VP toe cage straps that match the paint restoration done by Kim Obel (@keemypuutie on Insta).
