Thank you so much. This is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for the detailed step-by-step way that you presented it. I'll be making some of these soon.
Gives me good ideas to create nice looking sealed off covers as crawlspace encapsulation is the way to go here in KY. Vented crawlspaces are nowadays understood to be generally a bad idea especially in humid areas. You produced a nice looking piece there sir. Good job. 👍🏼
@@DownRange02 they've always been a bad idea. Crawlspaces in general area a horrible idea. But when someone can't afford encapsulation, this is a great alternative. Glad it helped you as well! Thanks for checking out the video man.
What type of nailer is that and what sized nails did you use? Thank you for the video. None of the vents offered by our retailers do not match the size of my vent holes so I must go this route. Great solution!
Oh gosh, if I only had the tools and equipment you do. It would cost me thousands to procure all the equipment and tools. How about you patent this and start selling various sizes and/or kits. I'd buy them from you in a heartbeat. Excellent video!
I do have a lot of tools, BUT! You could certainly build this with just a few tools. Plenty of different ways to attack this method. I would love to sell them, but I just do not have time unfortunately. There are just no good ones available at all in my opinion. Thats why I started making these. These will last forever and never need replacing.
Im in Alabama and the spacing between my bricks are my vents. Lol. They have like four bricks standing up vertically with about 2-3 inches in between each brick. Things can just crawl through the spaces. There is no netting at all to keep snskes out
@@ScottRussell-k9f I didn't charge per vent. I provided them with a solution to a problem they have had. They will never need to replace the vents again.
