Great tutorial. I've been using it for a week without issues. I have a xiaomi nordic pro 2 and it was limited to 20 kmh. Now it can do 32 without any issues. Nice and easy tutorial and well explained too. 👍

Is it possible to get the numbers to get a "cook file" so the maximum speed in sports Mode is 27 Km/h and standard Mode 23Km/h? i have BLE 1.3.3, DRV 2.2.9 and BMS 1.2.8

Hei after I flash my file it doesnt seem to want to load meaning ,nothing happens when I press the load button..it has before withal different dashboard ,well anywhos my friend did it for me and I think that's why it wont let me load the new upgrade..it can it only be done by his phone then since he was the one who upgraded it

I’m able to do the standard protocols in flashing BLE, DRV, and BMS. I had to do a hard flash reset with that ST-Link USB and it worked. The only thing I see different from today’s app and your video is that my DRV in the hack app shows “STM32F” | x.x.x does the “stm32f” info matter?

I did everything, I chose all the options exactly as in the video, I reached the step where you donate (otherwise you don't receive the file), I donated and guess what, nothing happened. I went back, I searched through the files on the phone, in vain (no file receive)... honestly it's a waste of time and money. Now if I go to the page, every time for every download of the file/ settings that you make asks you to donate...wtf.

Have a badly done pro 2 that have all limits removed. It's basically dangerous to drive. Goes full gas at the smallest change and continue one second extra after releasing the gas. Is there any way to return all the settings/firmware to stock? Atm I wouldn't let my kid use this.

Hello. I tried flashing my scooter because it was in both D and S mode going 31km/h. I bought the scooter second hand and I wanted to flash to to original again. Unfortunately after flashing it, it didn’t work and still goes 31 on both D and S mode. Because I really want to reset the scooter back to normal, I want to ask if you know how this could be. Followed your instructions and the flash itself works great, however the scooter wont turn off, it turns itself back on immediately after holding the power button down for 3 sec. Any suggestions? I have tried the following: - Flashed the stock (vanilla) firmware - Hard reset (brake, power button and throttle) - Disconnected the battery cable - Tried to change region The scooter wont connect to the Mi Home app anymore, I sometimes get the error code 29 but that disappears just by pressing the power button. The scooter is brand new, did activate it from the MI Home app but did not update the firmware so the BLE was not 157 when I flashed it.

all I need right now from my scooter is a speed boost, in this case do I have to adjust the amperage or can I just stick with the stock settings just to be more safe and increase it to let's say 45km/h ? Also other than a faster depleting battery will it have any other negative effect such as heating up quicker?

Hello there . Thank you for the realy good video. I just flashed my m365 and I removed the charging mode to add an extension battery . The scooter goes very well without any issue . The problem now the indicator for the battery livel shows fully battery whole the time. Anyone knows how to solve the problem ???? What I have to do ? Shall I flash it again 🤔

My brand new scooter's set up process seemed fine out of the box, before I made Mi's firmware update from within the Xiaomi home app. After updating the official firmware through the Mi home app, the LED dashboard is now always off/blank while the tail/break lights are blinking for a few minutes after which they turn off. The scooter is unusable, yet brand new. Must add that it isn't also possible to pair add it to the app any more; it says no scooter found. Any advice? This is driving me nuts to be honest.

I think that the starting speed of the motor is set to 5 to save the motor.... especially with a aggressive throttle curve. My motor never made any weird sounds until I floored it at a low speed it's saved me from getting hit. so it was worth it but now at low speeds.... like super low under 3 if I hit High throttle it makes a weird like humming... its hard to describe. I just don't hit the throttle when I'm going super slow I ease into it. I have to be quite aggressive on the throttle to make it do it. Thank you for making this video. I didn't know this software existed on a laptop. I've always used my phone.

I have heard that you can boot the overclocked (illegal in my country) firmware, when holding 'break' and 'power' when turning on the scooter, but if only turning on the scooter with the 'power' button it uses stock settings (max 20km/h), great when being stopped by police and they test the speed...

hey mate, If I was to firmware hack my pro 2 by only changing the speed limit on drive modes and something goes wrong with it, will the scooter still be covered by warranty if I reset to default settings via xiaomi app by updating? I really want to do this but I am worried if anything happens the warranty wont do anything about it Also if I do update it for default settings is there a risk of the scooter getting bricked?

I would recommend disabling KERS to lower the stress on the controller, this also means you can cruise without constantly having to be pressing down the throttle on flat ground or when you ride downhill. The auto regen braking shouldn't net you much anyways. I recently flashed mine with the default/factory speed-limiting throttle, will try that for a few days before trying DPC, my only worry with DPC is that I will lose the ability for shorter peak currents going uphill. Also you have to feel comfortable with knowing the longer-lasting effect of a specific constant current, as wanting to hold a specific speed at any current moment depends on wind, level and type of ground your riding on. Also, having a dashboard app (and phone-mount on the scooter) that shows your current usage live would be a good reassurance though.
