I sent an email last Saturday with a couple of questions and they responded that morning. I ordered one later that day and it was shipped the following Monday and rx it on Wednesday. Got it installed and am very pleased with it.
Wish I would have seen this product a few months ago. I currently have the Mo Door remote installed and it works really good but once I watched this video I had to purchase for my 2019 Tri Glide. When I get home next week I will install and try out and give the Mo Door to someone in my HOG Chapter

That’s what I want. I currently carry a garage door opener in my cubby hole in the dash but previously I had to park the bike, put it in neutral, get off, dial the code on the panel to open the door, get back, and drive it in. It was annoying.

This has to be one of the best channels I've come across for very descriptive videos on various bike installs etc. Also, I'm fully sold on this door opener, WAY better option than harley's version... they need to catch up and get on the homelink bus. I may be Canadian, but a veteran is a veteran, support always. Don't need that cig lighter anyways. Cheers

love this!! also, fyi, another good option is the nexx smart opener that goes to your garage motor and through the app on your phone (using geofencing),your door opens the when you get close. mine is set to open when I'm 1 mile away, that way by the time I'm in front of the house its already open and i can pull right into the garage..
Absolutely a good option too. I have something similar, but I never know if my kids are in the garage playing with my tools lol. Don’t want those crazy F’s running out into the street, so I have it disabled.
For those that might have the chamberlain b6765 the programming is even simpler. Push the button on the bike, push the button on the wall panel for garage opener itself and you're done. My bike was already apart when I received this unit so it only took me 2 or 3 to install it and program it.
I did the same with mine, I like this integrated idea, but I also use the 12v plug, so eliminating it is a dealbreaker. I would be fine with just a small push button and drilling a hole somewhere for it.

Got mine installed and so I'll add this tip - I couldn't get the nut on with needle-nose so I used a deep socket and filled the socket with paper-towel so that there was just enough room for the nut - Then when pressing the nut on the paper-towel is able to compress so that the nut can grab...after it grabs the paper-towel can be removed and the nut can be tightened down------On a different note, I have sent an email on a question for the remote functionality and hope you see that & reply soon - Thanks a bunch!
This is very easy to make yourself. That button is on amazon and the garage door opener is just a universal garage door opener. If you haven't soldered before it can be tricky. I made this exact same setup for my bike for less than $30. The install in this video is spot on but save some money and make it yourself. If you want to know the parts i can link them from amazon.
People always ask what it is, and I always say it’s my abort button! Haha. Someone has even asked if I has NOS stored somewhere. Looking forward to watching it brother!
This Is what I always thought the harley touring bikes needed, a garage door opener that was built in and easy to access. I always have to park the bike, put it in neutral, get off, open the garage door using the door pad then coming back getting on the bike and pulling it in. I thought why don’t they have a garage door opener on these bikes?
Be forewarned guys the outer retaining washer does not have a very durable finish to it. I was very careful during install and just cleaning off the fingerprints ended up scratching the paint off!!!
@@RAIDERWORLD unfortunately it’s all button back up now. I had the black finish on mine so a little DIY with a sharpie. Still a little frustrating after the price!

I like the device, but it would be better if it could just plug into the socket rather than replace it. For the cost of this device you could just replace the garage door opener with a more modern one that will open/close with a smart phone. It's a good idea but the price needs to come wayyyyyy down for it to be a good option.
Awesome product and video. My one question is, what is the maximum range of the remote from the garage door opener? I have a crazy steep gravel driveway that is about 180ft from bottom to top and have to ride inside my garage on the fly.
Great video. However, I tried to secure move to every place I can think of and still can't get the fairing to go on without leaving a gap. How were you able to do it? I even tried the same place you placed yours
With this install did you have any issues with it interfearing with the radio when I plugged it in radio stations won't come in unplug it they work fine .

That’s strange. I haven’t check the website in a while, but it could also be that they are traveling. He’s a one man show, and travels a lot. Could possibly just be that.
I have a question is the remote prewired on the 12v I know the switch light ring is or does the remote run on its own battery that will need to be changed eventually.
Cool opener, I bought it w/o being on Fb...he will contact you via text/email. Directions in box are for garage door openers only. Opener is fully wraped in heat shrink. Q: did you cut shrink wrap to access the remote?

Very good question! I started pushing the transmitter/button about 25 feet and it opened. If you find that your opener has a week signal, you can always extend the garage door antenna. Hope this helps! Thank you for Watching👍🏽

Will not be a benefit for my bike as I have to open a gate to get into my community gate, then open the garage as well. I simply just use the chamberlain MyQ app on my phone and tell google to open garage door which will open as I’m approaching my street and then the garage.
Man, Gates! I know what you mean. I dealt with those for a while. I also have that MyQ app. Great technology and also a good option. Amazon uses it for key entry when they drop off packages. And they always show up when I’m filming too.
