Amazing! About 2 years ago I've done exactly same for my laser cutter exhaust. The only difference was materials used. In my case I chose particle board and airbrushed it white. Oh... Other difference - I'm >60 y.o. woman... :) Love your transparent design better, will upgrade my setup with your clear acrylic now. Thanks! 😍

If the printer is in an enclosure, have two vent hoses, one in, one out, you won't be taking as much heat or AC from the room. Blower goes on exhaust.

I've been trying to get a custom window made for my window ac it sits on a side sliding window and instead of wood to cover the gap id like to have small window insert made so we can open the window when not using the ac

I couldn't help but be intrigued by the 68 charger you have as your icon. Beautiful car. I don't have Charger money so I bought a 71 Dart. Just got her stripped down and will have it sand blasted on a rotisserie later this month.

Hi! Will def be ordering! I use a computer fan to exhaust my kitty litter box! Also- do you have any tips for sealing the opening or crack in the middle of the windows since they don’t meet anymore after inserting this? Does that make sense? Because they slide up and down, the middle joint is no longer together, allowing insects to potentially to get inside. I learned the hard way one time but had a disaster trying to fill it in. Thought you might have a common sense solution haha thank you!

Hello! The insert will seal pretty well on its own, but many customers will put some weatherstripping tape around the perimeter of the insert and that seems to work really well.

Awesome idea. Are you able to do them with an 8" vent? I saw that you make a reducer, but I don't want to go that route due to pressure issues.

I will be making them for 8” as well, I’m just starting this initial batch for 4” and 6”. If you’d like an 8” let me know and I’ll get that ordered from my acrylic supplier for my next order.

Plexiglass is a better insulator than regular glass, BUT, you have to make sure it’s sealed well around the edges.

ill be a bit facetious man its great you made this video but if someone needs this to measure a window for an option they need to start doing art/fabrication projects puzzles something to get the ole brain going and get a Alexapure water filter with optional fluoride filter LOL well we all need that
