The Q
Another custom made work. The client meant to gift this to someone who considers the letter Q of value. The client provided images as reference and that’s where I got the idea to build this project. The process in making this involved sawing the wood pieces repeatedly to form this sky-rise building looking lamp. I then inserted acrylic glass on every stack which serves as the building windows. Glued together and finished with Danish oil to bring the wood grain to life. Because the acrylic glass is clear, I decided to add white sticker cut randomly to give an abstract effect. This project was made with the client’s interest in mind and that of the recipient. I consider this project simple yet classy.
