I'm glad you cover these payware mods because at $40, I just couldn't justify buying it. It looks amazing but it costs more than the game and you can only get it on Facebook. But maybe one day you'll show off one that I won't be able to resist

Agreed on the short on-ramps in the game. I've always used the shoulder as an acceleration lane. Especially those steep uphill on-ramps. It'd be insane to come to a complete stop to wait to merge, especially if your doing one of the heavy hauls.

I like how when you are on the Interstates the on ramp Traffic just tries to merge even when it is not clear but when you are on the on ramp they don't want to try to merge onto the Interstate
As far as payware mods go, I want to look into rudas and this. I absolutely love the 379 and I really want to get one someday in the future! I just got my class 1 cdl and am looking to start my career! Love your ats videos Jeff!
Definitely a hard drop. I’ve had to do this one with a trailer parked next to the space and driving a stretched Pete. It’s almost easier to pull in to the back of the building then make a backwards u turn
ETS2 has the same mirror issues on the beta, sometimes too bright, sometimes too dark, the F2 mirrors arent affected. its an odd one for sure. Ive noticed the lights impacting frames with too many LED blinkers.

I used to work for great Dane in wayne nebraska and I have to say that reefer is a dime peice and the stickers on the frame rail on the axles is actually correct and in the correct spots... very fine trailer if I say so myself.

On the subject of paid mods, I understand modders obviously spend time on creating these mods, and it seems reasonable I guess to be charging for that creative work/time and content, BUT the creative content that they are selling isnt actually owned by them. I dont think its right to be charging more than the game for a mod that realistically could be given a cease and desist at any moment and the support dropped. Not to mention it opens the door for more and more paid mods, where creators can just take your money and run, or along comes an update and the mod is no longer supported and the modder just stops support etc.

Little trick I learned for long wheel base trucks, if you have a back window on the sleeper it works great for blind side backing 😉 great video as always

paid mods gross me out and ill never pay for mods because i don't believe in that. mods have been free on every game I've ever used them on and I'm not gonna start paying now. i don't care how good it is getting people to pay for something like this is just strait dumb. why does this person deserve money for there mods when all other modders don't? makes no sense.

I really love playing American Truck Simulator, unfortunately, my laptop somehow barely handles it. I have a laptop with Intel i3 with no dedicated GPU, and it just awful. I also use my laptop in my studies and sometimes it freezes and it's so annoying. I usually sleep late at night and while I'm doing my assignments I also watch your videos. I watch your videos and it helps me stay all night just to finish my task. I hope, I have much powerful laptop, not just for the use of gaming but also for my studies. Here in the Philippines, getting a new laptop is a drag. My parents' earnings are just sufficient for our daily food. I have been using my laptop for 4 years. I do really hope to have a better laptop :(

I wanted to do another ETS mission from Beirut to Wexford, Ireland. But I was too tired and annoyed., so I fast travelled back to my Europe HQ in Hamburg. My day in ATS was much more productive, starting with a trip from my HQ in Las Cruces to Santa Ana, Sonora, Mexico. Fast travelled back and went even deeper into Mexico (to San Luis Potosí, SLP). The good news is: Pest Group is growing, with both branches having each a second truck and driver. But those interest rates are jacked. Maybe I'll do more ETS tomorrow, after some F1.
I don't like that 379 at all the chrome isn't shinny and the paint isn't either. I love a 379 Pete In fact I used to own one (Extended Hood) but this one does not get my seal of approval. There are way better Pete's for free if you just spend the time to look
I understand this subject may have come up already. I am just seeing this video. The trailers tires and the contoured fenders have interference. It appears the fenders just need to transform positions perpendicularly away from centerline to fix. nice job on models.
You do know that the real universe is inside a picture tube connected to a computer. DNA code is all the evidence we need. Gravity is the only force running this simulation. But putting organic life into this trucking sim would be impossible on this two dimensional primitive light display system. It needs to have real three dimensional matter.
How much does all that cost even the truck? (Not the micro phone) "Just the pc keyboard steering wheel pedal and the heavy duty buttons also the eyetracker and transmission and motion platform.
