These 3D printers may turn out to be a Kaiju fan's dream come true, especially if you on a tight budget. Theres gotta be away to create the same type of poseable figures the big companies create, without infringements on thier patents & copyrights, surely? If I had that shit, I might try to create a figure without dorsal plates, & hands with only 2 fingers, market it as a generic T-Rex, then have a friend with a seperate 3D printer, market & sell some "Stegosaurus type" dorsal plates & five fingered "T-Rex" hands, seperately, that conveniently snaps onto your new T-Rex figure. Seems like that MIGHT work, but then again, Im totally clueless about such things tbh. Now. . . If someone does this, & makes a killing, remember who gave you the idea. But if some fines or serious jailtime is on the way, I be like, Ronnie who? Ronnie Patterson? Never hrd of him, but he sounds like a total asshole to me, Mr. Officer Sir : D
A 3-D printer is very expensive but if you’re intelligent it becomes truly an investment, as long as you’re good at designing and you have your own printer anything is possible.
Yeah, pretty sure they sky high, now that you mentioned it. Id be to scared of someone who owns the license to something, coming after me, the second they determined I copied thier original work, more than anything. Lord knows they have teams of high priced lawyers, & id basically have to represent myself, if it came down to it lol.@@RubiGamingx
