Okay Use The Steps That He Said Or Use Your Own Steps To Make It You Will Need Old Shirts That You Don't Wear Anymore Like The Colors Red, White, Yellow, And Gray At The Bottom But It Has To Be At The Top Part Of The Bottom Of The Shoe And The Lowest Part Of The Shoe But It's Mainly The Size Either Your Plush Is A Sega Joypolis Sonic Plush Or A 2008 Sega Mobile Plush Of Sonic That He Got!! However If You Don't Got Them Then You Can't Sadly Make Them But You Can Make Them Into A Smaller Size!!! For Small Sonic Plush Or Any Sonic Plush That You Have
