I really liked the video man You should post some more footage or a short of you running that binary mode like crazy. I think we’d all like to see it’s potential
Definitely over an AR pistol -AR pistols have a lot more recoil than purpose built PCCs. AKV is great though, if you plan on adding a lot of accessories or prefer an AR style safety, Id go stribog - both are very light recoil
Been considering getting a mp5 clone as they are one of if not my favorite gun ever made! I have a .22lr gsg16 which I absolutely loved to shoot! I then bought an HnK SP5 in a .22lr configuration! I absolutely love it as if we'll because they are both in .22lr and extremely cheap to o shoot! I considered adding a rail and changing the front hand guard and what not but I do like that older look and I have a red dot on my gsg16. I kinda decided instead of putting any real money into it being it's not a 9mm that I should buy a 9mm mp5 clone! Most of the clones out there already have rails and what not on them already so you are ahead of the game where as a HnK I would basically need to build it from the ground up. I also wanted to put in a binary for the same by reason you did! HnK ones are even more expensive then most others.. I loved your idea about the AR version! Hypothetically you could always take it out of there and put in any other AR that you may have! I looked up what it would cost to add it to o my .22 sp5 and it was almost exactly what I do purchased the my fun for me on sale at sportsman warehouse! I've always loved guns but in the last year and a half maybe I have really decided to build up my collection! If I'm correct I have been ought 16 guns and did trade 2 of them in on other purchases I made! I currently have 2 9mm pcc's with one being a Highpoint and I can also have a really slick AR9 that's just awesome! People will laugh about the Highpoint but once you get a magazine that hold more then 10 rounds it's an absolute in be last to shoot and at the least in m you experience it's been extremely reliable! The charging handle does suck and an I've heard of if you are in left handed you might as he we'll forget it! You can sometimes pick one up p for about $300 and believe me it's worth alot more then that! You can get 20rnd redball single stack mags that although look ridiculous mine have worked flawlessly! Promag I believe it was also makes a 15 round that looks alot better then the 20 and in my experience just as reliable! I wish there was somewhere I could shoot a stribog before buying one because I actually almost bought one the day I got the AR-9. I happened to look up and see it as someone had built it and traded it in. It came with 2 30rnd AR mags( you can take out the original insert and put in a 9mm one so that way all your mags will fit in a vest), a Magpul stock, Magpul 2 point harness, a raptor charging handle, a super nice bolt carrier group, a Romeo MSR red dot, as well as a hard case for $579! I just couldn't pass it up! Didn't know for sure after I shot it but it stays open after last round fires too which is an pretty rare in ar9s!
You should definitely hop on the century ap5 clones as they’re best option for the money atm. And yes the binary is cool but as I’ve used it more and more I’m beginning to not like running it, it just feels too unnatural to shoot with consistently, and I don’t have the money to spend on buying ammo to train with it. But yea I think my next PCC will be a mp5 clone as well.
Hey I just bought this exact stribog model. Jtac seem to be out of stock of the 2.25 extensions. Which length did u get. I wanting to tuck my silencerco omega 9k.
Flawless - but I do sometimes out run the gun in binary. I have since removed the binary as I just didnt like the feel of it and reliability wasnt 100%
