I have looked up a lot of info on google but its not all useful and many different posts. If you could answer a few questions I would be greatly appreciative. You could reply to my email in my about section of my channel. How do you determine how many magnets to use for the most linear subwoofer and know how many to accomodate high power without being to powerful ? How do you know where to align them on the motor so that they maintain the magnetic field to reproduce accurate bass and transients between frequencies? Why is paper used for the Voicecoil former? Would Carbon fiber or Nomex give any benefit like heat Handling or durability? These are just a few questions I had. I have a pair of Harbottle Carbon 18 drivers and was thinking after watching your videos to make am even better pair of 18s with a longer throw and Silver coils for the heat Handling and magnetic field improvement. 🍻

any time fire is involved I drill and bolt the motor in 3 places because of glue soft problems. Its very easy to do and takes minutes.

Looking great. Why was the VAS so small? Assuming the dats just didn't wanna cooperate?

awesome ...what epoxy do you use on the voice coil to cone .. im guessing its stronger than CA glue
