Custom Under Hood LED Lighting Infiniti G37 

Thanks again and sorry for late reply. I can tell you that the LED bulb sockets are from those $5.00 dollar side maker lights you can purchase at auto stores. I broke them apart and removed just the light bulb sockets then soldered the wires to them and epoxied them is position under the hood. There is a toggle switch on the top of the battery bay I use to turn them on that has an inline 15 amp fuse to protect it. I drilled a small hole in the battery bay side cover to run the wires out. I then wrapped the wires in black cable covers you can get at auto parts store and used 3M double sided tape with the holders that you can get with them to professionally mount the wire covers. I'll note that the SuperBrightLeds have held up fine. LED bulbs hate heat, but only if they are turned on while the surrounding area is hot. If not they wont burn out. I let the engine bay cool with hood open for about 20 minutes then turn them on at car shows. :)

Sorry bro for such late reply and for others wanting to know, shame on me! Anyway it was custom done with wires and soldering. I used for UV lights from SUPERBRIGHTLEDS because VLEDS did not carry them anymore and they have lasted at least 1 year under engine bay. But I love and use VLEDS bulbs. They are truly the latest technology and last the longest. Still haven't replaced my VLED led upgrades 4 years later. :)

It's a Tower Strut/Brace bar made by "GT Spec" The Arms are custom painted yellow.

Still until this day, my bulbs have not burned out! So I have proved that LED's suffer heat damage only when exposed to excessive heat while on. So in short, let your engine cool before you turn them on and they will last a life time! BUUUUTT if you turn them on after driving and not waiting at least 20 minutes, you will suffer damage. !IMPORTANT TIP!

What's the bar that goes across the engine do? Is it just a cosmetic thing or does it serve a purpose?
