I love my virago, ahh, i feel better now admitting it. It is a bit tall, not on me tippy toes but not much knee bending either. I already dropped it twice. First time was at the sale. I put kickstand down and lift leg over to get off and watched as it slowly roll forward and fell. I tried to grab it to stop it and broke the windshield off and busted turn signal. All fixed now. Second time was i grass, i stepped in hole and lost balance. Woops. I was afraid of it. My old bike Suzuki gn400 was so light compared to this. Light and low to the ground. It was like riding a 250. But today was awesome riding, loving my bike and I'm taking care of her. Only question is after your seat mod is the bumps more painful? Subbed...!!!
Gday and Great to hear your not only Enjoying your Virago, but also The Joy of Riding! Had a fair few moments myself, washing ya Bike... you push too hard with the spunge... and watch it Fall over as you LUNGE at the hand grip to 'try' and save it... Doh! One of my channel motto's - "If you don't Falloff occasionally, Your not trying hard enough". At least those particular efforts haven't come with medical bills >;D Do you have any photos online of your Beast? I'd love to see her/him/it...
