@@KFARR exactly, so my question is why don’t postal employees know it? They continue to screw up across the country? It’s not just one state which means they’re not being trained!
The postal employees are paid to know the rules in order to do their job properly yet they fail time after time! The auditors aren’t trained or paid to know the rules they take it upon themselves to learn the law no one cares if he misquotes poster 7! The workers and the police are paid to know the law!
Since public photography is sanctioned by both the DHS and USPS Rules and Regulations Poster 7, I feel that any employee who walks off and refuses to serve customers, should be sent home and suspended for 10 days with no pay. That is dereliction of duty. This auditor did great.
I’ve always wanted someone to walk up to the post office counter, look up at the row of security cameras and say “Oh my God cameras!!” “You need my permission to take my photo!” Then phone the police to insist they respond to protect your rights.
Respect to you for staying so calm and respectful despite that shameful Karen who assaulted you. She walked out the post office schooled and with her tail behind her legs.
After watching many of these audits I have come to an observation; post offices and pot shops have the most incidents of people fearful of being recorded. They must both be full of people with guilty consciences.
With pot shops mostly. Peaple flip the f out .and it's very strange because they all have there faces covered. So when they start screeming at the camera man ,now u can tell who it is makes no sense.
TBF about dispensaries... it's only been a short number of years where MJ is legal. It's going to take a LONG time to deprogram the PTSD that law "enforcement" has instilled in these people. ALSO... MJ is a really good (not facetious) drug to replace dangerous mind controlling drugs like the doctors want to prescribe all the time. One simple plant can easily replace Lexapro, Prozac, Luvox, Paxil, Zoloft, etc. It can also be the 'cure' for other dependencies, such as alcohol and crack. So, to be blunt... 😀 yeah, lots of people that go to dispensaries are mentally ill.
Hey, kudos to the USPS lady who said let me "call the postal inspector". Good move 👍👍. It was the right move and she got the right answers. She gets my vote to be promoted!!
"Public Tyrants"... There's a little bit of NAZI in a lot of PEOPLE... US Constitution is a GOOD THING! - WAKE UP!!!! (only CRIMINALS HATE cameras - Right?)... Auditor: Keep up the GOOD WORK!...
Im just turning 40 and these videos have been on the radar for maybe 5 yrs or so... It never ceases to amaze me how many of my Mom's generation are so offensively, quickly and blindly hands on with no fear of consequences. I could never picture my Mother laying hands on someone in public over emotion. One of these ladies are gonna get laid out on camera and it will entirely be their own fault.
Jackpot! You hit a gold mine! 👏🤘 Poster 7 👍. Wow... can’t hardly believe the police called the lady back and educated her about the First Amendment over the phone!
Just once in a situation like this I’d like to see the police show up, confirm the facts (not feelings), watch the video evidence and arrest the postal customer for assaulting the videographer. The police sure don’t hesitate to trespass the videographer, threaten to arrest him or even arrest him (or her), even though they’ve broken no actual laws. They usually resort to manufactured “crimes” such as disorderly conduct, loitering, etc.
It's a shame that in this day and age in this country in particular people are so ignorant and literally refuse to educate themselves common sense is not so common anymore it seems that a good portion of the population refuses to use their brains it seems that the smart cars and smartphones are getting smarter and the idiots that own them are getting more dumb by the day I give you credit for remaining calm cool and collected and professional keep up the good work this is hands-down my favorite 1st Amendment audit and channel
Yeah, I audit auditors and DMA is definitely in the top ranks. I'm going to be doing some shorts of the bad auditors to hopefully shame them out of the biz or shame them into correction. *The time for taunting, profane and obnoxious 1AA is over.* Time to do, what auditors claim to want to do. Educate. That requires calm and intelligent discourse.
In 2017 (I believe), the Federal Subsidy to the Postal Service was $18 Billion Dollars. It probably was not a dispatcher who called her back, but a police officer who actually knew the law. If it was a dispatcher that would be a first (that I've ever seen) and a positive change.
I have never seen the police call someone back, tell them the law and not show up. Day in and day out they say if we get a call we have to show up. I suspect they handled things that way to avoid giving you the opportunity to file charges for her battery. I'd prefer they just educate Karens over the phone and save us all money, but I've never seen that before so it's "suspicious".
This was a pleasant surprise in my feed. Subscribed, because of this episode, “The Phantom of the Post Office,” 🚪💬 “…you can’t do that in here!” Looking forward to the next time.
"I have a thing of getting assaulted by women".... On behalf of the sane women I APOLOGIZE ❤️. Women like that give us a bad rep.. She needs to take a deep breath.
When she found out what you were doing (peacefully taking video in a public space) was completely lawful it looked to me like she was fleeing the scene to avoid consequences for her aggressive actions against you. If you believe you had been assaulted it seems to me it would be perfectly reasonable to follower her outside record her LP number, inform her that you will be immediately contacting police to report her actions against you and invite her to wait for responding officers if she wishes. Whether she stays or not though another call to the police certainly seemed more than justified.
Hmm...I highly doubt the police will press charges for that. If it were the reverse, they would definitely have. When you have a camera, and exercising your rights, it seems the threshold for being a victim increases..
@@vajrapaniom7410 Police seem to be getting better as well. As soon as this guy touched the auditor, the auditor pepper sprayed him. They arrested the guy who touched the auditor for assault ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ThZDTJ0me3E.html
@@mannymanhardt3248 That was @Watching The Watchmen, he is 17 years old. He handled himself very well in that situation. He and his father @Amagansett Press. They travel around the United states doing 1A's. You @Denver Metro Audits should watch them for some good pointers and tips, they stay calm and know their laws and rights. They are the ones that won a 1st & 4th amendment lawsuit against Loveland Police department a few years back. 😎👍🇺🇸
It never ceases to amaze me at how uninformed postal employees are about their own rules and regulations, and the public are about public photography. That Karen could have been knocked the fuck out for coming up on him and assaulting him like that.
The walk of shame couldn’t have happened to a nicer gal. Lol! It is awesome that police are finally confirming over the phone for people that photography is not a crime!
I can’t tell people how to feel in any situation, so I’m not gonna say one shouldn’t feel offended when they believe they’re being filmed “without their permission”. What I don’t get is what makes someone think that their response should be to assault the person with the camera. WTF!!!!
The education was beautiful, you could hear in her voice and see in her stance how deflated she was becoming. Bless her little heart. And the employee could have been professional and apologise but no, the run away was chosen. So sad.
Anytime one of these nosy entitled people get in your face about recording them, tell them to mind their own damn business!! Tell them to SHUT THEIR EYES!! You DO NOT GIVE them consent to look at you!🤣🙄
*7:45** OMG! The EPIC LEVEL IS 9000!* She's gonna go home, her husband is going to be like, did you eat BBQ without me? No dear, I got SMOKED by an 1st Amendment Auditor.
Loved it. Observe and report. When the Woman came over to be physical with you I loved the move where you turned your back to her and put you both on camera. I also loved when the second annoying customer called you names you kept your composure and didn’t stoop to her level. I wish I had the ability to do what you’re doing. I’m pulling for you.
1st amendment:Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Crazy redhead needs to be charged. If it may been another, she may not been to lucky for touching him. And the Asian worker doesn't know his place of work ? If they want to work at the post office, then they all need to be retrained on the first admin. Supervisor was awesome when she educated her employee! Great for her.
Yeah thats a 1st 4 me as well I've never seen dispatch say let alone call back while on video and say there's nothing we can do it's 100% legal great video
Hey DMA, Im in aurora, I have audited the aurora police. Literally surrounded by 13 cops and three cop cars. We all know aurora are plagued with criminal cops. Lets get together and audit them.
Lady in red sweater: There’s a man filing me and I’m mad, even though there are several cameras all around the facility filming my every move. Most sane people: Ok Karen…🙄
There needs to be a billboard in every town of every city saying if u can read this u can be recorded, I love it when they say u don't have my permission to record me what a joke and all auditors keep on rolling baby
The next time that someone tells you that you can't record in public, ask them what their name is ! The next time that a fool assaults you for recording, CALL 911, and press, and get the apology that you deserve.
What needs to happen in the Education provided is: "The First Amendment to the U.S. constitution records/enumerates my civil right to photograph/film. USPS Poster 7 Recognizes this right. Poster 7, however, does place certain restrictions on the right. Poster 7 limits filming to my being/standing in a public area and to when the building is open. (Time, place, manor.) Also, no person has any expectations of privacy in public. You must create your private area else you have none. Should you prevent my from exercising my right, you could be charged with a Felony." (18USC241 DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS)
