Will you definitely got to keep going with customers complaints. That is hilarious. I can’t believe that so many customers have to deal with such shady people & then after they bring it to you to fix it right. OMG the mouse & the broken shocks had me dying. 😂😂😂

Seeing this makes me so happy I chose to work on cars for a living. I couldn't imagine having to take my vehicles into some of these shops. You guys do good, honest work and that's hard to find anymore. Love the customer complaint series.
it was a mess finding a place I can trust to take my wrx in. I just go to places for work that isnt crazy to test the waters. Had a shop act like they needed to tear whole dash apart to replace clutch assembly. Found a dude who actually works on subarus, he does it on the side, and i saved so much compared to the first place's quote.
Holy mess, the cars in this video were wild. Keep this series!!! It is a trip to see what other shops be doing to customers along with what wild stuff the customer does. I also learn a lot of lessons myself.
I love this format, but honestly I also really enjoy the longer more focused episodes where they follow one or two cars from pull in > diagnosis > fix and pull out.

please never end Customer Complaints series, if its easier to cut them down to once a month even whilst you do other videos, i'll never get sick of these videos
As a former ASE technician I really enjoy these videos. Its crazy what will come into a shop, and what other shops may or may not due. Keep up the videos please!

I watch these videos when I can. I'm going to school for automotive to be ASE certified. It blows my mind what you guys get for cars coming from other shops with people not knowing what they are doing

The best customer complaints are when people do some dumbass shit and take shortcuts, redlining off of every red light. They drop off their cars and say they have no idea what happened! I love it all! Give us more!
