OMG!! the food looks amazing and I'm REALLY impressed with how CLEAN the preparation areas are.!! They're SQUEAKY CLEAN when it comes to food hygiene and preparation!

If you think that is impressive, watch how they regulate their school cafeteria food. I am sure a lot of places do this, but in Japan, when preparing the kids food, they where suites, with rubber boots extra. And everything is fresh, when they send it off. They will take samples of what they cooked and date it and log it, so in the event someone is sick or catches something,they will take that sample to the lab to find if it was the food in which they prepared that could have caused it.

for the sauces, it's usually the typical Korean ingredients: red chili paste, red chili powder, crushed garlic, both green and white onions, soy sauce , sesame seed oil, maybe some vegetable oil, salt and pepper

Looks like a tasty food, I was wondering why no cheese was added during the cooking. They have added and kept it on the plate and served the same to customer. omg, if you eat this much of cheese everyday - Obesity + Heart problems will surely come 😀

손님 감동은...? 조리기구 코팅 벗겨진 것 보니 코팅 물질 손님들 한테 다 먹인거네요.... 스텐 국자로 코팅을 박박 긁어가시며 음식을 볶으시네요... 그럴거면 첨부터 코팅없는걸 사용하시는게 낫죠.

Can anyone tell me what was in the Brown labelled 'HEINZ' can that was turned very quickly round, please at 14.00. Whether that was done so as we couldn't read it, - (not that I could), - or whether it was for opening it, - i.e. - 'Ring Pull' top and it was in the wrong position I don't know.
