Yeah funny how 20-30 years ago no one had ADHD or many other labels. I don't doubt some do genuinely have neurological and/or mental issues, but the system is far too quick to say to people, and particularly kids, "You've got this, you've got that"! Please! Agree, I just think it's Ben's personality and how he is, I suspect meeting him in a pub he'd be no different. Spot on, be who whoever you are, and sod everyone else. Does amuse me, even if someone genuinely has something but never diagnosed, how do these labellers think people have got this far in life, clearly they manage just fine. I've got a friend who is clearly autistic, she knows it, never been diagnosed as a kid, now 30 the docs said to her you should got officially diagnosed, her response was "I've got this far in life, it's not gonna change anything is it!"

Sounded like the sort of thing you'd see a dance troop on BGT dancing to 😅 My Mrs works as a health and safety advisor btw, she was really impressed with how you handled the winch line snapping and how you used it as both a lesson and teachable opportunity. She also said "if I had issues and I needed recovering I'd have no issues giving him the keys and telling him to crack on as he clearly knows his sh*t"

@Oxid8ter thanks mate, and to your Mrs. Gotta be honest...I'm pretty battered up today and haven't been able to go back to Ronnie yet since. New winch line coming tomorrow though and I'm going to make some changes to how I secure the winch. Definitely lesson learned. I'm so glad it didn't hit anyone else, most frustratingly it didn't happen because I was over stressing a pull or anything, it was a malfunction and that's hard to take. Cheers again.

@SleafordRecovery Easily done but good that you're using it as a lesson and coming up with different ways of doing things to stop a reoccurrence. A lot of people would go "whoops" and keep working the same way. Takes a lot of character to admit a mistake mate! Learnt from it, recover, reset. All you can do 👍

Ha ha thanks mate, I do that a lot and tell people about it too 😂. When I'm loading unloading the spec I often bounce it on/off which is a lot harder to do on the wheel. Cheers though 😊

It's less weight on the spec so it's not overloading the rear axle as it's only a 3.5 tonne gross .

Like Dennis said its less weight but in this case it was purely as it was easier, if it had been left the other way round I'd have picked it up from the front
