@@johnnytardes6801 I am a big Toyota fan. I drive a 20 Tundra. Had a 13 Tacoma. Toyota makes great engines overall. 5.7 V8 is a very smooth and peppey engine. The 4 litre v6 is also tremendous.

Had a Hyundai come in one day complaining of an oil leak. We had to push it into the shop and when we got it in the air, there was a good 3/4” hole in the side of the block. But to its credit, it still started. Hyundais/kias are like cockroaches. They’re everywhere but almost impossible to kill
You need to post a short tutorial on how to make these videos. It doesn't help to show us a "defective" part and not tell us what it is if it's not obvious.
I think thats an aftermarket antitheft gizmo installed by a diyer incorrectly; the mechanic was hired to remove it. What hes saying is, if you pay him for an hour to install it, it would be cheaper than pying him for 2 or 3 hours to remove it. His removing it also destroyed the device. Of course I am just guessing, the videos not all that clear
if you have to aggressively jiggle the key to turn it, its probably worn out. if you have to slide hammer it out, shes beyond done and has been a while
