I don’t know what or if you’re government is putting shit on your roads but I have never seen a car rust like US cars, the only cars that rusty are old Japanese cars that have been sitting in muddy paddocks 😂
@@ColtonRMagby you can get a device that we use on 4x4s for the beach, it goes on the chassis and sends like a electronic current or something like that to stop the salt water from rusting our cars away… I’m pretty sceptical about it though 🤣🤣

So the one that had the infestation had an owner who is so stupid they don't know how to use a can of raid? And they are still on the road. Not sure exactly what to think of that. I mean, they have bugs in their car, and they don't know how to get rid of them. Raid and a vacuum cleaner. What a concept!
Not everyone can get down on to the ground and look at the under carriage. There are those of us who depend on knowledgable, HONEST people that work on cars to let us know when things are getting crappy. Yes,how these people manage to push some of these problems down the road is nothing short of amazing. Boggles my mind to see some and still decline repairs.
Curbs are very dangerous to a low vehicle. I accidently ran over a curb in a parking lot, resulting in my Dodge Neon (with less than 40K miles) becoming scrap metal. Bent the engine mounts, destroyed radiator & radiator mounts, and the frame was warped. It was completely unfixable. 4 years before that, I accidently hit a curb ( pagganger front ) in a tight CVS parking lot with a Dodge Spirit ... bent the skid plate and destroyed the power steering pulley. That time, it was relatively simple to use a spud-bar to pound the skid plate back into shape, and replace the power steering pump.
No fooling: we had a 1985 Volvo 765 with the French biodegradable (I'm not kidding!) wire. By 1990 nearly all the wire exposed to the elements was 100% bare... including the wires to the fuel pump. IIRC Volvo quit that nonsense beginning with the 1987 model year.
Combination of special stage rally damage coupled with serious neglect by owners who have zero interest in driving or improving their driving skills. These owners should be using public transport.
Anyone buying a used car should absolutely have a mechanic look over the vehicle to assess the condition. Especially on the lift where hidden damages will be revealed. Not having a car checked is foolish. A couple hundred dollars could save you from buying a car that should be written off and towed to the scrap yard.

Why do some of these cars still get on the road when then underside looks like it’s about to fall apart. We need to make faster choices on when to tell the driver to junk it or if they want to still drive it on the road then take away the keys or their license.
Should make federal law that any car unsafe to drive , brakes gone, broken oil pan, rusted through/broken frame, suspension parts etc., can be impounded by the mechanic.
The condition of these vehicles is like a third world country not what you would expect from North America. Can’t believe the condition of the brakes & Tires on each episode. Do the drivers not care about their families safely or are they too poor to maintain the car they own.
