Francisco had become by far my favorite crew member even over Ryan on the Victory squad. He always comes to work hard, no excuses kind of guy; just built different. Superb quality just a stand up man it seems.
You do a really good job of explaining your work and commentating your videos, besides portraying what a good guy you obviously are. Wishing you great success in the future!!!
On Ryan’s last video he mentioned how you had went to jr graduation with the videos you’ve been putting out and with Ryan saying that shows a lot about your character as a person. Keep it up Francisco! Good work!
@@415_Stand-up It's real easy to talk about work when you're typing from the couch and receiving unemployment, something you people from the bay know all about
Your attitude and work athic is awesome u should have way more subscribers in my opinion you r a mans mans Cisco.EVERYBODY GET THIS GUY SOME MORE SUBSCRIBERS RYANS BEST WORKER HAVE A GREAT DAY BROTHER
I like your subtitles even when your speaking your language we can understand what you are saying and it connects us more to what your explaining, good on Eric helping and your brother that look very hot on the day as Eric showed the sweat from the heat. Keep it up Cisco great job for a uneven terrain you made it look easy money.. Adios
Great video man, proud of your progress. You’re growing into another perfect boss!💪🏼💪🏼 just don’t forget who you are in the process my dude n you’ll go very very far🫡🫡
I really enjoy your videos and your work ethic is top notch. And your work is beautiful. Keep it up great video. Felt like I was watching a victory video.
Hahaha when u said u should have said easy money the video froze and I had to skip a head to continue watching. Ryan got that saying on lock hahahahaha
Real talk , Francisco is a good dude but I think he has a long way to go to be able to knock out this type of jobs , 2 good finishers would leave a job like this flawless
Not sure I would have wanted concrete touching the bottom step like that. Especially when the step looks that bad lol. I would have at least replaced a couple of those boards before getting the patio poured.
Dat boi I just seen on those steps you should have got the homie to think about a 2-3 stair set of concrete like you’ve done on some jobs at victory in the nice newer homes. That would have looked good and taken out the process of the old wood and concert under the stairs you had to deal with
Just a few pieces of plywood to save that grass. Even if the homeowner doesn't care, it should really just be a standard part of any job IMO, but I ain't in the business so what do I know.
@@MetalFreaken007 one bit me on the cheek right under my eyes it tried picking me up had the bruise for like a week no teeth imprints tho probably just a warning 😂
Franscisco great work when you go to work for Ryan start looking for things to take care of and attend to. Too often you Eric Tino and Carlito stand around waiting instead of jumping in. I’m guessing Ryan is probably a little testy when he gets in sight just press thru and take some initiative .
The first day him and Mike was on the job he did talk to the homeowner about the steps I saw that in the video the other little stuff like plastic on siding and making joints look better he will get that with experience
