We called this project "Mitch Runner". The bike is based on a regular Softail Slim frame. We used our Thunderbike custom parts like Spoke wheels, aluminium tank, handmade fender, Flip handlebar and many other stuff. More customized Harley-Davidson Softail Slim here : www.thunderbike.de/model/slim/

Nice work. I always like to see new ideas and moto build techniques, whether I like them or not. It all comes down to personal fitment style and how a bike satisfies your riding habits.

I just got my 2015 softail slim. I'm thinking I might want to get some new handlebars. I like the ones you guys used on this bike. What is the name of them? Do you think it's worth replacing the stock bars? The bars you have seem to come back a bit more. Which is something I probably need.

Hi Thunderbike.., I write from Ecuador-South America, I would like to ask you a question. I want to change the rear tire (a Harley Davidson Forty Eight) measuring 150 / 80B-16 at a rear tire 200/60 - 16. Is geometrically possible to make this change? I'm a newbie when it comes to mechanics. Thanks for your time.

it´s a 260/35VR-21 .. you won´t get something else for a 9x21 wheel. You could go for 280 or 300 on 18", but that´s a totally different look.

That is no longer even a resemblance of a slim anymore, just the slim frame and motor, thumbs down in my opinion, some one couldn't even walk up and tell it was ever a slim
