@@yurilopes420 And not only that, Americans seem to have a friendlier tarkov community, like voiping isnt that rare there, but in europe almost nobody voips, and when they do, they shoot you in the back of your head most of the time.
@@yurilopes420 i remember my first wipe, i did a pistol run in factory and this USEC dude ran up while using Voice Commands (VOIP wasn't a thing then) telling me to not shoot. i didn't and he dropped a backpack full Bitcoins and ran away. Yes im American lol
My friend started playing tarkov this month so I've been taking him to customs a lot for those early tasks. Good god I've had some crazy fights during those raids
Dude back when I played I take my friends to customs and I swear when you got noobs you really try to thrown down for em I remember running into a group of 3 in crack and sweating my ass of to keep them boys alive I turned into that fucker from extraction I swear I died while looting I waited five minutes to loot and got beaned from fortress

Pretty sure customs is crazy rn because there’s an influx in new players, probably the most out of any wipe, and customs is simply the easiest and most helpful to learn when starting out. Watch a stream, whenever there’s a new player who asks the streamer for tips, they’ll usually say to learn customs. I’ve also noticed I’ve run into a lot of people playing with their newbie friends rather than a trio of 4th-wipe chads. I just started this wipe too but I got about 300 hours clocked so I’m thankful to not be totally helpless is these wildlands!
which is like the biggest mistake. customs is probably the worst map for new players lmao its a mix of chads and pvp hunters, full of unavoidable chokepoints. reserve (apart from extracts), woods, and maybe even interchange or shoreline (avoiding resort/mall) are miles better maps for new players. open spaces, safe loot spots with stashes, and very unpopulated routes, with short walks from spawn to extract customs is lit but def one of the worst maps for new players. even factory is better because it gets you into the combat
Customs has been wicked fun for me this wipe. I can’t play much because of work and stuff, but when I do I’m almost always on Customs. It’s something I probably should have done when I got the game a year and a half ago to learn, but it’s been rewarding to me. Great video as always :)
I saw most of this live and I learned some new cheeky angles in that building that over looked that drop! Also I feel like every new video has a few extra new helpful pop-ups, thank you for all the work you put into each video, helpful as always! As a side note I started this wipe a month ago and my first 3 raids on customs I spawned big red side and died in under 2 minutes lol I haven't worked out how to deal with that side of customs yet
Thank you, glad the videos help. Yeah learning the spawns is pretty key so you can at least make a guess as to where others will be. There's really good maps on the wiki that show all the spawns on each side. Plus the more you play, they more you'll remember where you've spawned before which helps memorize them.
This is the first video i see from you and i have to say, the way you implement the symbols and descriptions of items and actions in the bottom left corner instantly made me sub for more of this. I personally have played EFT for a long time so technically i don't need most of them but i will definitely recommend you to some friends who are relatively new to the game. Keep it up!
This channel is so good because the pop ups explain what you're doing and using, painkillers, stims, and so on. I love that. Then there's the voice-over and atmospheric music. You gained a new subscriber sir.

Customs is my favorite map simply because I know it best out of all. I'm still ass at PVP but at least I stand a chance in customs. Dorms still makes me shit my pants tho - I'm always solo

Early wipe customs seemed so chill.. I did Bullshit from a bad spawn.. went to dorms twice.. got out np.. Played customs today and it was a straight up war zone.
Yeah some of my raids lately have been completely full of geared guys, others are chill. Seems like time of day and servers you play on are a huge factor of course
I just started playing a few weeks ago for the first time and its been wild lol. But I have run into some pretty cool random people who have helped me get supplies and extract. Excited for the wipe though so we can all have no stuff lol.
Welcome to Tarkov! Yeah wipe day is so fun man. Certainly the more experienced will progress faster but it's fun to have everyone have 'scav' gear for a while
We had scavs hunting us like that on customs the other day needed 50 scavs for a weekly got them in like 4 raids and my buddies were mowing down scavs too

@@SwampFoxTV hey quick question (slightly off topic); in your opinion, is running budget load outs with poor gear worth it at this point into the wipe? Or should I invest in a decent load out that offers killing power and good armor to better my survivability. The risk is higher with more expensive load outs, but the balance gets me confused. Im a lvl 20 with mostly T2 traders and I usually have somewhere between 500k-1m rubles on me.

Just got killed again from God knows where with a vector. Looks like more bush statues lol. I checked all the buildings customs is just a if you move you die kinda feel.

Yeah. Not sure what it is but it seems like all the people we run into are 40s and a couple 50s. Only had a couple of level 15-30s.I’m helping a friend get his early missions done(convinced him to play with me, lol) I also still have to kill Rashala and go to marked room In dorms…Is it like this every wipe? I haven’t played since Tarkov came out… so pretty much this is my first wipe.
Every raid is different. Usually later in the wipe, it'll be a mixture of higher levels (people who stuck with it from the beginning), and low levels (people who just bought the game) but fewer mid level, granted you'll see everything from time to time. I think we're getting to about that point in this current wipe (imo)
Hmm, I hadn't run into any at all this whole wipe until a few days ago, at least none that I could tell for certain. I did finally run into a duo that was lobbing nades at me from miles away, who ran right to the room I was in to an insta head/jaws, but typically other deaths have been explainable. Tarkov is a strange game with a lot of moving parts (and some desync)
Dude, all custom game enden up with 5 to 8 people all together in a single spot fighting each other. Basically at this point of the ride everybody rush for kill
Someday I'll get good. Think scum ruined me though. The more realistic* recoil in this game along with target acquisition got me feeling like I have some kind of neurological deficiency. These videos being entertaining and informative as they are, got me feeling a bit hopeless lol
Greta video! Customs has been a lot of fun but can you some some shoreline resort key runs? I bought all the keys but I don’t know where to look for all the rooms so I feel like I am missing loot.
I think the rareity of the marked key has made customs great, instead of everyone dying in dorms in the first 10 mins the whole map is a lot more alive now
I agree the rarity of the Marked Key probably helped with that a bit. Dorms is sometimes really busy, but not always like it used to be and that's a good thing imo
I reset my account this morning (because I had nothing) and so far every scav raid I've done has had at least 1 injector on them, I got one with 6 differnt injectors once.
Yeah, pretty nice for farming tbh. They spawn at the bottom of the stairs that lead outside so it's a mixture of those ones just coming up and ones in the nearby area investigating the noise

First timer on Tarkov and two weeks ago Customs wasnt that crazy… Now its full of geared players killing everything that moves. I talked to a few and they said because the other maps are too dead for them and they’re looking for quick pvp.
Ehh, it totally depends on your servers and time of day as well. I've been getting full lobbies on most matches. Certainly once in a while we'll get one that feels quieter of course. That's part of the fun of Tarkov, you never know what the lobby is going to be like, what gear they'll bring etc..
You should be able to remap buttons to them in your options. Mine weren't bound to anything at first, but I changed them to Voip and changing my sight/zoom
Just avoid pvp.. I know it sounds weird but just do your quests and lay low. Also utilize your scav everytime its ready.. Learn caches on Shoreline or any other map and just run those loot and get out. Also night raids for money is good aswell..
I used to main interchange but after the loot change, the map is awful and customs has been my new map of choice. I have been making fat stonks on that map.
Nice! I haven't played Interchange hardly at all after the lighting changes. It's too bad because the map design is pretty decent overall, but I can't see anything without bumping postFX or something and that's just not how I wanna play it
@@SwampFoxTV I completely get that, the only reason I used to play it was because the spawn chance of GPUs was insane. You used to be able to get multiple every raid. Now its just not really worth it anymore. Also, keep up the great work I enjoy the editing!
Customs is the best map. All the others are just for bush sitting mosin campers. Wish tarkov had more urban maps. They should change game name to Escape TO tarkov since we dont have any bloody cites here
Couldn't tell ya. The recording quality is as high as possible but it also doesn't really sound different to me in game vs when I'm editing. This game would benefit well from using a decent headset for sure
Almost level 20 started mid wipe and still have the debut quest for Prapor because I hate customs so fucking much. It's the map streamers and ttv kids run the most and I swear they get some power fantasy out of murdering low levels with an MK47
