I dont always share cut settings - as these can differ based on machine, material, blade and age of the blade :) I would suggest doing test cuts to ensure you can save both a kiss cut, and a complete cut of the material you are making the stickers with! :)
The cut by colour/fill options are available on the basic edition yes :) They are only visible once you enter the Send panel right at the top right hand corner :)
