As a 22 EN owner im v curious on the suspension changes as well as engine bushings cuz of the atrocious wheel hop. And for those that dont know, this car wheel hoppped like crazy cuz of the IDA integrated drive axle.being all once piece and thay created a horrendous sound where it sounded like the whole shaft was gonna break😅😅😅
Thanks for watching the video and sharing the info as an EN driver. I have heard of the wheel hop, and i guess it isn't so good. What I had was an automatic tranny and since it was the 24 model with the enhanced chassis and suspension, i didn't actually experience the wheel hop. Let me find out what Hyundai did on the chassis and suspension. Hopefully, i can help u answer ur question soon. Ty!!
Thanks for watching the video. I guess it really depends. If you are driving it alone most of the time, go with the Elantra N In my case, I have two kids so I will go for the Sonata N Line. It's more fun to drive the Elantra N for sure since it's smaller and responds quicker compared to the Sonata. But again, the purpose is the most essential in choosing. That's just my personal opinion :)
The car does not get any louder in normal mode than eco mode they are the same when it comes to exhaust. Exhaust only opens more in sport and of course N.
Thanks for watching the video. Yes, you are absolutely right. I thought there would have been some changes in each mode, but like you said, it only changes from eco-normal to sport-N
Thank you so much! Can you talk to us about launch control? Does it wheel hop? Do you have information regarding octane learning? Is it octane learned right away? Overall is the suspension ride quality better than the 22/23 models?
I’ve seen on the Hyundai websites, statements that appear to be a fancy way of saying that octane learning has been removed and it just uses premium fuel now
Wheel hop can be cured for $40 so it's a super easy fix anyway. I haven't heard that they changed anything with the octane learning and I'd be surprised if they did.
Thanks for watching the video. For some reason, i fail to use the launch control every time. I couldn't get it worked :( I will have to learn it again. As for octane learning, it is the same, I believe.high octane is recommended, not a must. Premium(we only have two kinds in S.K- premium and high octane) The suspension quality is better according to 22/23 owners. I even read articles regarding the suspension, and Hyundai said they made some improvements. It was a lot harder than I expected, but because it is the N, it was understandable!
I can't wait for this to come out here in Dallas TX. I will be the first in my city to buy this. I will camp out in front of the dealership in a tent to be the first to buy this.
I have one of these I am in the Canadian market but it has a button on the fob and the app. You can’t blame him lol this might be a pre-production model where they can’t discuss this
The dct(auto) model has the remote start via two methods(key fob & hyundai app)...and yes, you can auto start via app with pre-set air con or heat functions. You can even turn on your heated seats with the app.
Sorry for the late reply. I am on the other side of the globe and I have a job as well. I try to answer as fast and much as I can but I cannot always do that.
