I cant thank you enough! I have been going crazy. My tufting gun stopped working. Thought it was my scissors. Broke those trying to fix it so I ordered another one. This one wasnt working either. I was about to lose my mind! Thank you for showing what the opener looked like!!!! Mine needed to be pushed down and now its working! Finally! 🥲

Hello! I've seen your video on RU-vid where you solve a problem with the cut pile that doesn't cut, with the closer screw, but I haven't been able to solve the problem... Do you have any other tip or any idea of why it doesn't cut? Thank you very much and great job you do, greetings.

My cut pile gun isn’t cutting, but if I put the closer back it won’t come out smooth, and consistent it’s pretty much patchy. The machine doesn’t sound/feel rough at all though unless I put the closer to the very back. Idk what to do 😢

My scissors stopping forward. what should I do ? I mean I need to turn the gear for scissors go backward and go on tufting .

So is this a fix for when my yarn doesn’t cut? It cuts other type of wool but when I put in two strands of thinner wool it won’t cut. But when I stick a third string it does cut again

what if your yarn keeps getting clumped up at the tip of the gun? does it mean my yarn is too thick?
