Cute greyhound walking in Cornwall ( +cool van park up and hidden nudist beach)

Today Miss Nancy and I walk part of the South West coastal path in the Penwith Peninsula in West Cornwall. She navigates the unique Cornish stiles, meets wild ponies, visits Penberth Cove and finally has a run on Porthcurno beach. We also find a cool van park up which is hard in this area!
A little about us: I adopted my ex-racing greyhound Miss Nancy three years ago, it was a massive learning curve for both of us and we have become the best of friends, who love going on outdoor adventures, wild swims, van camping and finding vegan food out and about! We make videos showing what it’s like to have a greyhound as a pet, the beautiful outdoors, vanlife, and life with a greyhound!

Watching these videos allows me and other people with serious disabilities to access places we would otherwise never see; with the added bonus of being able to look at you... and the dog.

I appreciate the different personalities of dogs but I wouldn't want to live with one. The attraction of your videos are you and the scenery. You really do put together natural, enjoyable, relaxing videos. In terms of skill of relating your experiences, I think you are almost at the level of Itchy Boots which is the absolute high water mark in travel/landscape videos. So well done. (she risks her life and has a drone so don't get cocky!) Despite my dog indifference, even Miss Nancy becomes appealing due to her sweetness and goofiness. Good stuff.

Thank you I really appreciate that! I will look at Itchy Boots and see what I need to aim for 😊 Frankly I understand your feelings about dogs, I only really want to live with Miss Nancy! Even then I had no intention of letting her sleep on my bed for instance I thought it was gross, but somehow she just got her feet right under the table, no doubt due to her sweet goofy nature ❤️🙏

I know a woman who sleeps with her Great Dane, a total gross-out to most of us, particularly to one of her friends who, with her pocket dog, was still pro dog-in-bed. She told me that the odour from a dog was actually healthier than that from a man. Well, I get that we old men don't smell great on occasion. At a friend's for dinner, the 30 year old daughter turned to her Dad and said "Dad, you smell like an old bear." I guess that puts men below dogs as bed buddies. What a sad decline for my half of the species! @@missnancysdayoff

@johnm2879 oh god, well I don’t k ow what a bear smells like but I don’t think my dad smells like one so maybe there is hope 😂 Miss Nancy smells good though not like a dog, kind of like white chocolate 😮

OK, maybe you are on the same page as a couple of other women I know. Why wasn't the dog/woman chemical connection noted throughout history or is it only recently that men have lived long enough to smell bad? Yes, bears do smell bad and to know that you have to get within a couple of metres of one. Believe me all of your senses will be on deck when this occurs. Knowing how they smell is a handy tool to have when hiking in dense bush!

I don't think I'm watching your videos in order, but another great video. You have a way with going to places that have spectacular landscape. I am starting to think this is the UK though. Or this is the way it might be the UK has great access for humans to spectacular places to experience.

Thank you! I have definitely been lucky enough to go to some stunning places, there are generally plenty of public footpaths in the UK and some open access land even though literally the whole Thing is privately owned 🫣

This is another vlog that popped up on my YT page. What was that dog that looked like a bear? I've never seen a bear-like dog before. It was a dog wasn't it and not a big bear cub?

It's as well it was a dog and not a bear or else it would have chewed MN/ND up and then come after you. I'm having a 'Mood Indigo' day today (check it out on YT along with 'Blues in the night' sung by Frank Sinatra._ I've had to threaten my publicist that I'll complain to the BBB (Better Business Bureau), the US's equivalent to Trading Standards over here if I don't hear from her soon on any progress my 'Book Boost Publicity & Promotion' package I've paid $1,000 for. I've heard nothing from Atmosphere Press since I paid them to do the job on March 8th. Before I paid them they were all over me to get some money out of me. I can sort of sympathise why some disgruntled ex employees go nuts over there and start shooting their former work mates. I'm a disgruntled customer. I wasn't able to do my little stroll on the balcony here before because it was raining. I hope you're not trapped in your van with only HER for company.@@missnancysdayoff

5ft 10ins is an impressive height for a female person, that;s even taller than me now. It's another crap day weather-wise, I won't be attempting to exercise today. 'You ain't been blue till you've had mood indigo'. I'm not your typical 77-year old, I'm still young in my outlook on life even tho' in return I only get the sh*t sandwich to chew on and the taste never improves. I don't know if you know the old saying: 'I'll be here if you'll be there.' There's another sad record you might try listening to, it's called Sundown' I think by Lee Hazelwwood and Nanc Sinatra.
