Well I think this is a great house because You could go in and remodel just a little bit not too expensive you would just have to maybe put the kitchen out in the main room open plan kitchen living room and I would definitely put a pool if it's permitted then it would be a great place I was thinking more like 115, 000 for the price but you could put 30 grand in it and it would be perfect thanks for the video guys 👍 I like seeing different areas like this as well 😃✌️

All valid points, yes you need to open up that kitchen somehow. I would consider making a nicer kitchen outside and using the one inside just when the weather isn’t nice enough. The alternative is putting it in the main room when you enter, really depends on how you are going to use the property.

Would it be possible to close of the terrace to generate additional living space? There's ample space for another terrace. Pool is a must though
