I love this. I make it with neck and chicken breast cut very small but I used to put my Greta in the pot with the onion and garlic so next time I make it I will cook it your way.

Nice 👍 my husband taught me how to make geera meat. We do it the same way you do it. Actually this week I made rice dhal and geera pork. We don’t put masala though.. we only use geera.

Listen! The besttttt parsad is flour parsad!!!! BUT…….. you need that raisin and some slivered almonds…. The raisin for that tart contrast to the sweet and the almonds for a nice crunch!
