Not sure if you've really tested the limits of your loader yet, but I've used mine to pick about 8 rocks all that size at the same time, tractor barely broke a sweat. These things are amazing work savers.
@MJADoingStuff
@MJADoingStuff 3 года назад
The heaviest thing I picked up was the wood chipper in it’s shipping crate and that was around 825 pounds that seems to be close to the limit for me. Your right the B2601 is amazing for its size☀️😁👍

Thanks 👍 It is on the list hopefully will make a video on the difference between the two this summer. Basically the main difference is one can be adjusted on the fly. Thanks for checking out the video😁👍🚜💨💡

As the saying goes, "The difference between men and boys is the price of their toys". It is disappointing to try and show how steep a slope is on camera. We vacation in the mountains in Colorado and take tons of pictures and videos, but it just doesn't capture the depth. As I was watching this video, I was thinking that you are sure getting your moneys with out of your stump bucket. You use it a lot. Seems to have proven itself to be a really good investment for you.

I thought that I replied to your comment but it was not showing that I did🤔 I do use the stump bucket a lot and the hill was to steep to drive with a load on. All good now 👍 thanks for checking out the video Gary ☀️😁👍

Another fun project 👍🏻, seems like a pretty big property. My buddy has the Frontier Box blade and it’s much easier to lower those shanks. I don’t know why LandPride is like that 🤷🏼‍♂️. Have a great weekend Mitch & Jamie 🙋🏼‍♂️☀️👍🏻🙂

Thanks Luc👍 looks like they sell a spacer pen to replace that spring-loaded clip I’m gonna try to make me some because they’re like six dollars a pieces another thing make sure your foot is not underneath when you drop those shakes🤣👍 have a great weekend🙋🏻‍♂️

Get Permethrin spray for your clothes to kill them tick vermin’s. Sawyer brand I use. It’s awesome. Lasts on clothes for 6 washing

Thanks for the info on the Permethrin. I have been waiting to go to the property till August September to avoid the tick season. They seem to not be around after the July heat. 😁👍🚜💨☀️

if I own that tractor I would get some ballast weights for the back wheels and if you haven't filled the tires with water I would do that too
@MJADoingStuff
@MJADoingStuff 3 года назад
Yep 👍 more ballast would be nice but I also use it for mowing my lawn at home so unfortunately it is what it is. The tractor can do a lot more if the rear wheels were filled. Thanks for checking out the video 😁👍have a good weekend!!!

Thanks for taking us along, Mitch! Of your 3 toys (I mean tools) which was the most useful for this project? Stump bucket, box blade or regular bucket? Cheers!!
@MJADoingStuff
@MJADoingStuff 3 года назад
Although each one had a part in getting it done the Box blade was the most useful. I have a problem using all my toys - tools to do stuff. When I get done it takes more time to put everything away 😂 have a great weekend Mike ☀️😁👍

Yes. The hydraulic top and tilt would be best. But in the mean time I got the Massey Ferguson leveling box it has a hand crank to raise and lower. Much easier till I get hydraulics installed

Towards the end, we get to see the slope of your land a bit better.
@MJADoingStuff
@MJADoingStuff 3 года назад
I would definitely not try to drive sideways on the slope without cutting into the hill first. I got another video coming where I use the stump bucket to transplant some trees it is a very useful attachment and sometime this summer I will be putting in a couple of zones of sprinklers have a good weekend☀️😁👍

60” inch bucket 54” inch box blade. It snows were we live that is why I went with the 60” inch bucket. It seems to work good. The tractor is strong enough to lift a full bucket of base rock. I am happy with it 😁👍
