I have cable TV, Netflix, Prime Video, Plex full of movies. I am a 45 year old woman but would rather spend my time watching these fascinating videos. This man could thread a needle with the accuracy of how he uses his machines lol
@@onelemonpixel you couldnt be more wrong if you intended to be.....andrew is a fairly good operator but a true "professional" would have a shirt and the proper ppe on. He is living his life his way.....not the way a "professional" would.
With it getting darker earlier and no signs of lockdowns ending any time soon it couldn't be better timed. Makes it feel like 2020 isn't gonna end on such a bad note 😂
Dude I love your channel. No politics, no bullshit, nothing flashy, just a man and his machines, his castle, and his dogs. Been a subscriber for about 2 years now, keep being awesome, Andrew!
👍👌👏 Me too, definitely! It even nearly did it 2 times because the bad driver didn't (want to) go straight after the excavator pulled. Best regards luck and health
@TheMrt39 I work as a arborist and a feller and i know first hand that common sense goes a long way but it does practically nothing when there is a lack of technique and PPE, there is a reason being a faller is the most dangerous profession in the states
Given the fact that you're so often working with trees, I'm kinda surprised you don't have a saw mill, especially given the price of lumber these days. I can totally see you building a log cabin on your new mountain-top property. What a great project that would be.
Man i know that feeling when the rock hit the house, and especially when the customer was watching that really sucked but I'm so glad no real damage was done
thats true. It just gets the job done. it always looks like that you can´t see much while doing work and also not very agile, but when it sets some way, it will go that no matter what
@Jake Leaman Jake, I see your point. Andrew could've/should've, at least, gotten out of the cab to 'check it out'. If people check out around the 25:15 mark, you'd see the 'lil black shanty' that the rock ended up leaning on the corner..Just-barely missing a window.
was wondering where the new equipment and castle upgrade fund were coming from, he must have a pile of jobs this size that either werent filmed or not uploaded yet! guy keeps busy thats for sure
My wife and I are thrilled with the volume and quality of your recent uploads. Whenever the old pickup appears we know we are looking at older work, but love everything!
I have to believe that you are adding at least an hour or so to your workday with just moving and setting up cameras. And for that hour, we truly appreciate it.
Ugh, I know. It's not always easy to be a one man videographer and groundskeeper/property maintenance person (I don't know what else to call Andrew with the latter 2). I myself am a videographer (I don't get as much video as Andrew does at times but, still), and, sometimes it sure is a pain to get good perspectives, even just editing alone can be a bit of a pain. Both I know about as I do both pretty much next to all myself.
Amazing work clearing the land. This guy did such a good job clearing the trees, moving the stumps and tamping down the soil, all that is left is to spread some grass seed and it would be a beautiful cleared meadow.
Jorts, no shirt, and CAT boots...uniform of champions! Been posting a lot of throw backs lately...gotta build suspense for those two year later reveals!
Thanks for sharing some of your footage from two year ago and then up to date to see how your work has changed since then. As always, great job on tractor work and video editing too.👍👍
@@mikespain8655 yeah the accident could even be totally unrelated to the load issue but they’ll use the load issue to paint you in a bad light in court. Definitely have to watch thatZ
Andrew’s contol of the bucket is simply superior. One perfectly timed and positioned swipe of the bucket to knock dirt off the root ball, and another in the other direction to do the same. No jiggling or jerking of the bucket, just as smooth as can be. A master at work. You can really see this on the speeded up video. It’s as if he’s using his fingers to move the logs.
Great video, camera work and editing. Not a single mundane shot in the whole video. My most enjoyable hour of watching such a worthwhile project in a long while. You are a very skilled craftsman and you have every piece of equipment appropriate to the job. Great work!
The satisfaction of these videos. Just minding my own business watching you do your work then BAM turns out it's 2 years later and we get to see what the work looks like now. So good.
Your work is awesome, you are busy because you do a great job , clean up afterwards, leave the job in a better than expected way, customer service is top notch , I’m hooked watching , all I can say , everyone in any business, if they follow your work ethic you can only be successful, keep doing what your doing OUTSTANDING, and it looks like u love your job . So impressed, all the very best “ from New Zealand 😁👍
I've had to write a few performance evaluations in my day . If I had to do one for Andrew it would go something like this : Andrew is highly motivated , a self confident self starter who works very well independently with a minimum of instruction or supervision . He is innovative with well rounded skills and accepts new challenges in stride . Andrew's work ethic , motivation and skills make him a highly valued asset . On rare occasions in his eagerness to see the job to completion in a timely manner he can be a bit rough on the equipment .
I cant understand the thumbs down.. AC is a videographer, editor, construction worker, humanist, good hearted, kind, brilliant and just amazing... And soon to have 1 million subs... God bless this guy... Trolls or just unhappy people in their own lives... what a sad life for many...
You gotta be smarter than your thumb ............ is your thumb attached to you or are you attached to the thumb? if that thumb doesn't cooperate, take him in the garage and chop him off and show him who's really the boss - if you go into the garage and you can't find the courage to do it - guess what, accept the fact that your thumb is the boss and learn to live with it and know your place. The thumb is in charge.
I was thinking the same thing about the editing on this one. I know the footage is a cpl years old but I’m sure AC just put this together recently. Very nice work!
One of your most excellent videos Andrew! Entertaining, fun and informative. Truly enjoy the way you organize and conduct your work. The fast motion videos with the nice music are wonderful. And when you take the time to explain things I learn so much. I'm envious of those wonderful slabs of rock though! Seeing them battered and crushed was rough
It's a heavy truck. I think it has a low center of mass despite being filled with logs. Trucks like that are designed to "safely" haul gravel which is much heavier (more likely to tip over).
Great vid, Andrew. This is the best vid in a long time, maybe best ever. Lots of variety, different machines, great camera angles... I changed my mind; this IS the best video ever! Thanks.
Great job as always!! I can tell you always go the extra mile to make sure that job is done well and done right. Im the same way meticulous to a fault sometimes, but its gotta be right!!
You make me feel lazy. And I know I'm not. Your videos are like inspiration for me to be more productive. Sometimes when I lose motivation I think about your work ethic and I get motivation.
Hi I could watch you all day. You are the best I seen i learn in the army but I never had the job after the army so now I just watch you on here . Thank you 😊
Hi Andrew! Watching from Puerto Rico...enjoying your videos and specially your pets, awesome work you do, congratulations on beautiful work and keeping us updated on your machines and their uses, take care sweetie, Barbara
Andrew's channel is hands down the best channel for comment reading! Everyone always has some hilarious things they leave in the comments!! Keep it up!
I started in architecture manning a drawing table (desk). The best career decision I ever made was going into the Trades and actually building what I drew. The sense of fulfillment was complete. I thrived.
Stumbled on your Video. Awesome work and love seeing someone with the hard working soul. Figure and problem solve on the job and just get it done!!! Best wishes for you
