It's always the "her/girl/woman" being suspicious and/or superficial for no reason, taking selfies in the bathroom or gossiping. And the boys in the meme are creating art, singing in a boys-toilet-choir or thinking about their dogs, while being wrongly accused. Maybe it's a stereotype or something. I don't know, I love creating art and singing. And the last time I innocently thought my (now-ex) was creating art on the pc, he really wasn't.
