Take that bumper guard out! The intercooler is supposed to go in its place. That's how you can get the intercooler higher in the correct position

For the O2 sensor routing, if there are any other wires in the general vicinity you could make a conduit out of some sort of heat resistant material and route that through pretty much anywhere you want without having to really worry about it being in a "bad spot" or anything like that. Otherwise there's absolutely nothing wrong with routing it through the front bumper along the crash bar or anything like that so long as it's properly insulated wire, is out of the way of everything else, and can be easily replaced.

I think you should just get a new bumper and throw some exterior wish parts on it like you did with your BRZ

Got a few ideas for you Robbie: Put the boost gauge in one of the air vents (create like a custom housing so it doesn't look bad though lol), Remove the front bumper grille and get a lip to hide the pipework Loving this turbo series bro!

Aftermarket front bumper! Like a drag bumper.. a nice smooth bumper but exposes the intercooler.. I personally think it looks cool and is functional..

You could paint the valve cover blue to match the blue details

dont heat bumper... take the U bends and shorten them so they tuck in closer to the frame and intercooler. that will pull it away from the bumper

I don't see any problem with adding wire to the sensor as long as the wire you added is the same gauge as the stock harness wires

There's a rubber grommet on passenger side next to battery you can cut hole in instead of drilling

that hose going through the firewall will def fail from rubbing the sharp edge of the metal! use a rubber grommet from autozone and cut holes bigger!
