They’ve been exposed for working with unlicensed specialists that claim to be therapists, the so-called therapists were not trained, it’s been a controversy for years and not just in USA, I live in Turkey and I know about the shadiness of them, I can’t except that someone from Europe hasn’t had any idea

Please do some research on better help and this is for whoever is trying to get help. Therapy is very important but please talk to your primary doctor and ask for a referral.
I think one mistake that you always make with bangs especially is that you pull your hair so tightly down and so when you cut it, it bounces back up to its normal placement and thats why your bangs look shorter than you expected. They look great anyway!! But if you cut them again and pull your hair tightly downward, just cut less so you can fix it afterwards!

Also they lie about you being able to unsubscribe when you want so you don't get charged again, but it doesn't happen, they take and take more and more money from your card (and it's all for almost nothing in return, you don't get any real help). Some people complained that they had to shut down their card to stop the robbery from betterhelp...

i am incredibly dissapointed that you are supporting a scam that PREYS on vulnerable people like that. BetterHelp is 100% confirmed a horrible company and there was already drama about them years ago where multiple youtubers had to come out and apolegise for getting sponsored by them, but getting sponsored by them NOW where everyone that was on youtube during that era knows how beyond sketchy that company is is honestly vile. If you honestly didn't know i would just try and undo your sponsorship and editing out the segment about them - it is not worth it to support such a shady company. I would also really start looking into sponsorships in the future since there are a lot of predatory companies that does sponsorship via influencers.
I honestly think she didn't know. The drama about betterhelp didn't reach Europe as far as I know, I could be completely wrong though. I only know about them because youtubers have sponsorships with them now, didn't even know that betterhelp already existed years ago. Lindy, I’ve been a subscriber for years. I understand it’s your “style” to do chaotic things to your hair but I would really like to see you actually take your time, do some research, and give the haircut an honest try because you keep being unhappy with your cuts. You didn’t really “try to be professional” since you used thinning shears to cut length and didn’t cut equal lengths across your head, nor stuck with a consistent technique. For starters, using the proper scissors will protect your ends and prevent further damage. Manes By Mel has great hair cutting tutorials that are easy to follow and maintain. Please I am BEGGING for you to actually follow through with things and give your hair cuts a little more effort 😭
Right?! I remember she cut her hair into a mullet years ago and she actually followed a proper step-by-step tutorial and her hair looked AMAZINGGGG (so amazing that a few days later I did the same thing to my hair lol). Cutting a shag would be similar, if only she gave it more effort instead of using shear scissors to cut layers, pulling on the hair making the cuts uneven and just being messy in general. idk what happened here.

It’s fried girly, you know what you must do. Crispy fried hair isn’t going to lay wispy ever. Cut it shorter and get extensions if you really want that look. It won’t take HOURS for your hair to dry anymore either.
I found that the secret to cutting your own hair is learning what different types of elevation do, like a 90degree elevation, vertical one etc, they each give very different results. Once you learn that you can actually design your own haircuts

As well as use a good leave in conditioner as well as a hair serum in your hair and blow it out eith abround brush to achieve theblook you want! 💜💜💜
Hear me out, do the ponytail in the top again, just like you did, but cut more hair. And then pull the front section, do a front ponytail and cut it again (the same front part you hat on the beginning of the video). Been there, done that, looks perfect.
As a hairdresser watching you HACK at your hair like that gave me anxiety girl! I understand you like to do your own hair but for this hair cut in particular please put down the scissors and go to a salon and get it done professionally! Trust me it will be worth it. But thank god you saved the haircut some how in the end haha
You could do the 2 ponytail again but at the very front and cut it again. It will shorten the top and front layers and make it more shaggy. And you could just razorcut(dry hair!) the top part to thin it out and make shorter layers

I love the micro bangs it looks great on you! I have micro bangs myself and I’m obsessed with them I’ve had them for almost 2 years I’m still not close to being bored or tired of them. I’ve recently cut my hair from slightly blow the chest to a short bob, the micro bangs + the short bob is a match made in heaven to me at least. I started cutting my hair at home since the quarantine it saves me so much money and it’s so fun to do I just follow brad’s tutorial if done correctly it turns out amazing every time.
I usually cut my bangs just a tiny bit shorter than normal and don't blow them out flat and straight completely, that already gives off the look of almost micro bangs (they won't touch my brows anymore, be more like one or two centimeters above the brows), but if I want them to look longer, I blow them out as flat as possible and only allow the layers on top of it to have some volume (to have shape and length). To me that's a great way to have both, normal bangs and kind of micro bangs (if I would allow my hair to dry on its own, the bangs would be even shorter, but also have too much volume for my liking, so... not gonna do it). I got wavy hair naturally, so this isn't going to work as easily for people with super straight hair, but it's still possible, you'd have to do it the other way around though. Style it to look shorter (instead of styling it to make the full length become visible). And girl, for a shag, you need to overdirect the hair towards the front to create the shortest layers around the face. The level of elevation will then dictate the exact shape of the cut. You can do that with a ponytail method or free handedly, but since the ponytail method seems to work better for you, just opt for that. You can still do it, if you want to. This is a layered haircut with "shaggy" layers, yes, because you used those texturizing sheers, and it's cool too. So really just pick what you'd like to do (keep this the way it is or go for an actual shag cut). Paul Watts has a lot of cool and easy to follow tutorials, actually explaining what the elevation and placement of the ponytail does to the hair. Just type into the youtube search "Paul Watts shag tutorial" and you'll find heaps of videos.
