Hi Kelly. Your videos are always full of such wonderful information. I wondered if you’ve ever tried making a template that cuts strips with a scalloped edge. I’ve been rolling these beads lately and the scalloped edge adds a whole new dimension to them. I have a Cricut and I love it for cutting strips, but I can’t figure out how to make a template with scalloped edges. So I’ve had to cut them with a rotary cutter instead. And as you know, once you get used to the cutting machine, it’s rather tedious to go back to a manual method.
@@ChellejonPaperBeadRollers Sorry. I gave up Facebook a while ago, so not sure I'd be able to send you anything on that platform. If there's another option to message you, I'd be happy to send you a picture. You can get an idea of what the strips look like at this instructables page www.instructables.com/id/Wavy-Cut-Paper-Bead-How-To/ (Although I think mine came out much prettier ... ;-) )
Hi. I’m new at this and on disability. I only receive $912.00 Canadian a month to live on and that has to pay for rent, food and bills. Needless to say I don’t have much money left if any by the end of the month. I do have a scrapbook cutter I bought years ago. Do you have a tutorial for beginners on using a board cutter like this? So I can start cutting some strips so I can make some beads? Time I have! Money I don’t!😉 I hope you can help me with this dilemma. 💝🥰🤗
I have two from Creative memories scrapbooking club. One is a straight one and the blade goes back and forth. The second one is a guillotine type but small, 8 or 10 inches. Will either of these work? 💝🥰🤗
