Hey everyone! Tyler Faulkner here with an exciting update on my fitness journey. In this video, I'm diving into my recent cutting phase where I successfully reached my goal weight of 168 pounds. Now that I've hit my target, I've transitioned to maintenance calories, currently consuming 2,750 calories per day.
Over the past few days, my weight has fluctuated a bit, but it has stabilized at 168 pounds. My plan is to maintain these maintenance calories for the next few weeks to ensure my body adapts.
I'll be going on vacation the first week of July, and once I return on July 9th, I'll be kicking off a 10-week bulk. During this bulk, my goal is to gain 0.5% of my body weight each week, focusing on clean, lean muscle gains. After this 10-week bulk, I'll transition into a mini cut to prepare for an extended 16 to 20-week bulk during the winter and holiday season.
