Definitely enjoying your videos Kevin. I'm making foam planes in my living room at the moment, so epoxy won't be flowing here any time soon. But I'd love to give it a go myself as I have worked with it in the past.
Like your work. This is not an add for a product, but saw something that you might be able to use. When sanding the clearance to allow the aileron to fold into the wing the metal backed abrasive made by Permagrit works very well, is thin and never wears out.
Kevlar is not like fibreglass, fibreglass will snap when it has been wet out Kevlar won't. When you lay the wing up the Kevlar is one of the last pieces you put in I do put a light glass over top. So when you scribe down to the Kevlar the resin will work out of the Kevlar and work as a hinge. The scribe needs to be 1.5 -2mm wide
I would cut your grass for 5 years for one of these i would walk to your country and get on my knees and pledged my allegiance to the rc god that you are please if you ever make one that you dont like i would really feel like i won the lottery if their was some how some way i could just even fly one
