What are the two small clumps removed from the internals called? I used to clean these commercially and was taught to discard that part but evidently its usable?
Hi @Ian Morrison , Thank you for watching my video. I'm glad you asked that question. I been cooking, eating and caught cuttle fish since I was a little boy with my father(A local fisherman) and one of my favorite is that 2 long grippers :-) and I'd like eating raw when its fresh. Just remove the little rough thing which is like a small teeth in a suction cups.
