What you are missing on this map has nothing to do with liftic, it has to do with crystals and totems. Crystals are the structures that turn creeper into crimson creeper and slowly sink into the ground when there is no creeper on them. Once they are fully down you can build on them; however, if creeper touches a crystal in that state, it will kill just about anything that is on top of it, even normally indestructible units like emitters, redon ore veins and totems. For this map specifically, there is a crystal underneath the totem in the northwest corner, so if creeper gets underneath that tile, it destroys the totem. After delivering 20 liftic to the other totem, the game recognizes that you have powered all (1) totems on the map and gives you the totem objective.
There's several glitches that can be triggered by the player in the game. I think this one is the shield glitch where if it dies the same frame it turns on the shield remains. Not sure what glitch was suppose to be used here though. It's the same with the other Glitches Be Like maps. Without any reddon or enough greenar I'm not sure what it could be though.
