6:50 That's actually happened irl before but not on accident. Nick Rieketa mentioned this during one of his streams; It's a story of one of his client's legal trouble. A judge in Minnesota filed a restraining order for a pregnant woman on her behalf during a demotic dispute hearing (btw there was no dispute, someone snitched on the husband and lied about what he was doing... he didn't do anything, neither did the wife.) During that time the husband was forced out of his house and the pregnant wife who didn't have a job had to basically change her life. The couple eventually had the order revoked, but it took months of legal bs to do... all because a judge felt like the wife needed to be protected. She gave birth during that period and the father was stuck in a motel during the entire situation. They also both had to pay legal fees for the bs. Note, everyone in the court case was telling the judge not to do this, the husband, the wife, Nick, and the attorney for the wife, but the Judge decided to do it anyway.
