What is climbing for me?
Rock climbing and bouldering, like all outdoor activities, provide a good chance to see the beauty of nature up close.
Also for me this is socialization, friendship, new challenges, therapy and a healthy lifestyle. Join climbing family. Eat Climb Love. Repeat.
I tried many techniques to get good shape and eventually found my way.
In the first year and a half I lost about 36 kilograms. Then I increased my physical activity and returned to a healthy life, coping with spinal problems, excess weight and depression.
