sn N Nah all of this is very much true. I live in LA and I have seen cases where gangs do these type of things. Just because you don't see it doesn't make it any less true.
To say that the ability to put small drawings in a message is "inspiring real -life gun violence" is quite a stretch. Violent intent is a part of human conciousness, and it will manifest regardless of having emojis and hastags or not.
