When u use the red action u can discard from the cards that are out on the table, not just from the deck. I think!

What a brilliantly produced video (leaves mine for dead!). Love your clear explaining of rules and thought processes - so easy to follow. Oniverse series are my fave games of all time.

Can’t remember if you did it through the video but I think you can use lower versions of the abilities you unlock such as not drawing 5 to the flash every time you discarded a yellow I always find this a nice tactic.

@@TotallyTabled I think one of the things I really love about it is the theme. For some reason the bots theme really resonates with me and the bots start taking on a personality of their own.

@@coyotemoon722 The artwork really helps to bring the theme and the bots to life. I love all the Oniverse artwork but this is some of my favorite in the series.

Excellent playthough, really looking forwart to picking this one up! Was this the base game or with the expansions? Hoping you will get a chance to so a series on the oniverse games, with and without the expansions (particularly without as there is a shortage of toutorials on the base games on youtube) Keep up the great work!

I'm glad you enjoyed the playthrough. What you saw was only the base game. It comes with 5 modules that you can add in any combination. Each slightly changes the game, usually adding an additional win condition but giving you a special ability. They are neat and add a lot to the replayability. I hope to cover more Oniverse games in the future, but this is a great starting point. Thanks for watching!

What do you do when you can’t repair (no matches), can’t upgrade (no machines in the experience pile), can’t trigger (no upgrades yet) and nothing in the reserve helps. Lose the game before playing a single round? Reshuffle and start again? This has happened to me twice in the first five games that I have played.

I think a mulligan is a perfectly good solution. You also start with a special ability token that might help. And if I remember correctly, you don't lose immediately because you start with one of those tokens that you turn in when you can't repair a machine (I can't remember how that changes on the different difficultly levels and I don't have time to look it up now). But yeah, I'd just reshuffle. No harm no foul. Thanks for watching!

@TotallyTabled Thanks for the quick response! Yes, I’ll just reshuffle the machines and lay them out again. The special ability that I had didn’t help because it allowed me to pull a card from the deck to the platform. But the platform is full at the very beginning of the game. Otherwise, I really like this game.
