Just noticed @ 0:40 in tibs view in the top right, he identifies ray as “project bloodshot” because he’s already aware of who and what he is, but the audience isn’t until later. Clever.

Maybe because it is closer to be achieved, even if it's classified I can still find some sources that nanobots is one of the advance technology that can be achieved, it might take 10-30 years or more but I think it is closer; the prototype must be in used now.

I guess the other question is if you could put your eyes anywhere on your body, would the head be the best spot?

@@coolpeopleit Yes. It's at the top and it has a gimbal so you can turn and look at stuff without having to turn your entire body. We can even run while keeping our heads almost still - not many other animals can do that. And we can run while turning to look sideways, up/down etc. I don't think any other animals can do that?

Nano technology has a physics aspect to it that allow it to reconstruct bio genetic structures aswell as adjust or change the role of its human or applicant to better suit its abilities.
